We’ve received quite a few messages recently asking “When is V53 coming?”, so we thought we’d give everyone an update here. ❤️
Right now, our main focus is on infrastructure upgrades and migration, while we’re also fixing bugs and improving the app. We don’t want to rush V53 out before everything is properly fixed and tested.
Based on our current progress, September or October is the most likely timeframe, but please treat this as an estimate. Once the date is confirmed, we’ll share it with everyone here. There’s no hidden information, we promise. 😉
We know the wait can be frustrating, so please bear with us. We’re always trying our best to improve the app and bring new ideas to it.
Over the past updates, we’ve introduced features like real-time AI subtitles (STT) for Live & VOD, real-time dual subtitles, Dolby Atmos support and output, dual-content merging, and more. Some of these are features that even premium services don’t currently offer.
And we’d love to hear from you! ❤️ If you find a bug, have an idea for a new feature, or think something could be improved in the UI/UX, feel free to share it with us. Your feedback genuinely helps us decide what to work on next.
We may need a little more time, but we believe it’s better to release V53 when it’s ready rather than rush it.

We recently received a concern alleging that our app uses DNS to collect users' private information and bypass platform policies.After reviewing the report, we found that the individual who raised this concern was not using our application. Nevertheless, we would like to clarify the facts for the benefit of all users.
Android Device ID
Our application uses the Android Device ID, a device identifier commonly used by many mobile applications and online services for device recognition, security, fraud prevention, licensing, and service management. It is not used to access your personal files, messages, photos, or other private data.
Cloudflare DNS & Google DNS
Our application integrates both Cloudflare DNS and Google DNS to improve connectivity, reliability, and DNS resolution. This is especially beneficial for users in regions where local ISP DNS servers may experience higher latency or inconsistent performance, such as some users in Mainland China.These DNS services are used solely for faster and more reliable domain name resolution to enhance the user experience. They do not collect your personal data on our behalf, nor are they used to bypass platform policies or invade user privacy.

The service disruption has now been resolved, and all affected services are operating normally.
The incident was caused by a regional network infrastructure issue at our upstream data centre provider, which has since been resolved. We appreciate everyone's patience and understanding throughout this incident.
To further improve the reliability and resilience of our platform, we will be expanding our infrastructure by introducing additional providers instead of relying solely on AWS. This will enhance redundancy, improve service availability, and reduce the impact of similar incidents in the future.

🟠 [Service Update] Investigation Update – 8-07-2026
Following our previous announcement, our data centre provider has confirmed that the service disruption is not caused by the disk or power systems as initially suspected.
The root cause has now been identified as a failure of the data centre's core network router. While all servers remain operational, network connectivity to the affected infrastructure has been disrupted, resulting in temporary service interruptions.
The data centre engineering team is currently working to restore network connectivity. Service restoration is expected once the core router has been repaired or replaced.
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your continued patience and understanding. We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.
