He also reports dry mouth and occasional lightheadedness when standing. 🧷Lung cancers :
1-Adenocarcinoma :-
Associated with hypertrophic osteoarthropathy and hypercoagulability .
Common in females and non smokers group .
2-Sequmous cell carcinoma (S3C) :-
smoking , central location , cavities in X ray , Calcium level high .
3-Large cell carcinoma (3Ps)
Peripheral location , Poor response to chemotherapy , poor prognosis .
Associated with gynecomastia .
4-Small cell carcinoma (2SC)
Smoking , Syndromes (Cushing , lambert Eaton , SIADH)
🧷NOTE :when you see a baby with bronchial carcinoma think about Carcinoid tumour which have good prognosis .
