🔑 Key Role:
* Lead Gender in Humanitarian Action (GiHA) coordination
* Chair GiHA Working Group & engage clusters (ICCG, HCT)
* Ensure gender mainstreaming in humanitarian response (HNO, HRP)
* Provide technical support, training & capacity building
* Manage projects, reporting & knowledge products
* Advocate for women’s participation & protection (PSEA, AAP)
🎓 Requirements:
* Master’s in Gender, IR, Development or related
* 5+ yrs experience in humanitarian/gender programming
* Strong coordination, training & M&E skills
* UN experience is a plus
* English required; Amharic advantage
