INSA Cyber Talent Summer Camp 2026 Second Round Examination Guidelines Requirements for All Candidates Candidates must bring a valid identification document (Student ID, National ID, Passport, or equivalent). The examination will be conducted on Saturday, June 20. Candidates who encounter unavoidable circumstances may take the examination on Sunday. Candidates must follow all instructions given by exam invigilators and challenge coordinators. Candidates must bring their INSA Cyber Talent registration ID number (e.g., CTC-123456-26). Candidates are required to arrive at the examination venue at least 30 minutes before the examination starts. The examination will begin at 2:00 LT sharp on Saturday, June 20. All examination rules and regulations must be strictly observed. Since the examination and challenges may run throughout the day, candidates should come fully prepared. The examination will be conducted under conditions similar to a national examination. Accessing external websites or web browsers during the examination is strictly prohibited. Therefore, candidates are expected to bring a calculator. Signing the attendance sheet is mandatory. Computers required for all examinations and challenges will be provided by the organizers; therefore, candidates are not required to bring their own laptops or computers. Mobile phones, smart watches, earphones, and other unauthorized electronic devices are not permitted during the examination. Saturday Morning Session (2:00 LT – 6:00 LT) Psychometric Assessment Candidates should bring paper, pens, and a calculator. Candidates must follow all examination procedures and instructions. No prior preparation or study is required for the psychometric assessment. The assessment is designed to evaluate candidates' reasoning ability, problem-solving skills, behavioral characteristics, learning potential, and teamwork aptitude. Candidates are expected to answer honestly and independently. Saturday Afternoon Session 1. CTF Challenge – For Cyber Security Candidates The challenge is designed to assess cybersecurity knowledge, analytical thinking, technical skills, and problem-solving abilities. Candidates may only interact with systems, platforms, and resources provided by the organizers. Sharing flags, solutions, hints, or answers with other participants is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to attack systems outside the competition scope or interfere with other participants will result in disqualification. Ethical behavior and responsible cybersecurity practices are expected at all times. 2. Coding Challenge – For Development and Emerging Technology Candidates 3. Written Examination – For Embedded Systems and Aerospace Candidates Important Notes Elementary school students are not required to take the psychometric assessment; therefore, their examination will begin directly in the afternoon session. Candidates who are unable to attend their assigned examination center may take the examination at the nearest available examination center. Any form of cheating, unauthorized assistance, plagiarism, impersonation, or violation of examination rules will result in immediate disqualification from the competition. The decision of INSA and the competition coordinators shall be final.
