❗Pakistani LeT Terrorist Bilal Afzal during Pahalgam Attack. He recieved order from Pakistan based LeT commander Sajid Jutt to execute Terrorist attack in Baisaran Valley.

🚨NIA 🇮🇳 probe reveals how Pakistani terrorists of Lashkar-e-Taiba 🇵🇰 executed the attack. ⭐The Mastermind: The attack was orchestrated by Habibullah (alias Saifullah Sajid), a Lashkar-e-Taiba (LeT) commander based in Islamabad. He sent precise GPS coordinates of the target (Baisaran Park) to the terrorists via WhatsApp. ⭐The Executioners: Three terrorists carried out the massacre: Bilal Afzal (alias Faisal Jatt), Habib Tahir, and Hanan Zafar. Bilal Afzal, a Pakistani national, was a terrorist involved in several attacks. ⭐The Cold-Blooded Attack: On April 22, the terrorists sat at a vantage point in Baisaran Park. They forced tourists at gunpoint to recite the Kalma; those who could not were shot dead. Bilal Afzal alone killed 11 people using an M4 rifle. Local Logistics and Support ⭐Local Helpers: Two locals, Bashir Ahmad Jothar and Parvez Ahmad, provided the terrorists with food, blankets, and critical information regarding local security and the Amarnath Yatra. ⭐Planning: The terrorists stayed at a "dhok" (temporary shelter) belonging to Parvez just before the attack, paying him ₹3,000 for his assistance. ❗Ops Mahadev July 2025 Perpetrators Neutralized: Three LeT Pahalgam involved in Pahalgam attack killed: 1. Bilal Afzal 2. Habib Tahir 3. Hanan Zafar Duration & Scale: The mission was a 93-day-long relentless pursuit covering over 250 Km of treacherous terrain & high-altitude ridges. Joint Forces: It was a seamless collaboration between the Indian Army, JKP, CRPF & intelligence agencies. Advanced Technology: Security forces utilized drones, remotely piloted aircraft, and electro-optical sensors to monitor an initial search area of 300 square kilometers, which was eventually compressed to a 25 sq km zone. The Decisive Phase: On July 28, 2025, after a 10-hour stealthy approach on foot through the Dachhigam forests and Mahadeo Ridge, Para SF teams engaged and neutralized all three terrorists in a precise strike. Forensic Confirmation: Evidence was verified through ballistic matching; the rifles recovered from the terrorists were forensically linked to the empty shells found at the Pahalgam massacre site.

❗Addendum ✍Pahalgam Attack terrorist, Bilal Afzal 🇵🇰alias Suleiman ☠ was also involved in terror attack on under-construction tunnel site in Gagangir on October 20, 2024. ✍So, 2 terrorist involved in this attack Junaid Ramazan (December'24) & Suleiman (July'25) were already neutralized.

Circuit house can only used by Senior Ministers & Bureuacrats of Pak Government but Terrorist are being given special treatment. ⭐Expansion of LeT in South Punjab will increase competition & rivalry between Jaish & Lashkar for funding.

❗Internal Rivalry has increased in Lashkar-e-Taiba 🇵🇰 ⭐ Due to detoriating law and order situation in Pakistan. ❗Haji Ghulam Ahmad Qureshi was ex Jaish-e-Mohammed 🇵🇰 Terrorist from Nawabshah, Sindh. He died on 16th April 2026. He was designated Mid Level Cadre in JeM hierarchy.

❗South Punjab is becoming stronghold for the Lashkar-e-Taiba 🇵🇰 ✍Hafiz Saeed appointed Fidayeen Training Expert Ajmal Khan Chandia as LeT South Punjab Head earlier this month. His trained cadres were involved in many attacks in last 10 years. ✍All the senior commanders of LeT are taking training session & visiting same area on weekly basis.
