According to Ukraine’s HUR, all three lines of Russia’s “Koltsevoy” oil product pipeline—used to transport gasoline, diesel, and aviation fuel—were simultaneously destroyed in an explosion, disabling a key military facility near Moscow. Despite anti-drone defenses and paramilitary guards, the attack succeeded.
