Earlier today a Russian Mil Mi-8 military helicopter crash landed on a public road on Sakhalin Island in the Far East of Russia. The channel Fighter-bomber, which is linked to Russian military aviation, said the helicopter had to make an emergency landing because it ran completely out of fuel, and this caused both engines to fail. #hm #hmintelligence

Bit of a battle damage assessment following the drone attack on August 2. Looks like it almost completely destroyed the Wildberries logistics center in Russia's Samara region. Poland's Gladius strike UAV has reportedly carried out its first successful target engagement, according to footage circulating online. The clips are said to show the unmanned strike complex hitting a target, though this has not been officially confirmed by Poland's military or the manufacturer. China has unveiled a mobile aerosol smoke screen system designed to rapidly obscure large areas during military operations, which was recently tested in a live fire exercise by the PLA. According to Chinese sources, the system can generate broad, multi spectral smoke screens intended to interfere with multiple types of surveillance and strike systems at once, and is reportedly designed to degrade the effectiveness of UAVs, thermal imaging systems and precision guided weapons by obscuring targets and disrupting observation. #hm #hmintelligence

Some interesting footage has emerged from inside a fortified underground facility used by the Islamic Republic of Iran Air Force, showing Kaman-12 drones lined up in a protected tunnel. Drones reportedly attacked an oil refinery in Kstovo, in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod region. The refinery, Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez, is LUKOIL's largest plant and ranks fourth in Russia by capacity and second for gasoline production. It processes around 15 million tons of crude oil each year and produces about 5 million tons of gasoline. #hm #hmintelligence

CIA Director Ratcliffe arrived in Moscow earlier today. The unannounced nature of the visit indicates the likelihood of it being related to possible mobilisation or plans to test NATO's resolve. The trip was short with him already having already returned to Latvia. The Amur Gas Chemical Complex, a joint venture between Russia and China, exploded during the final pre startup stage of construction. The plant was meant to become one of the largest basic polymer production facilities in the world, with a planned output of 2.7 million tons per year, and had been under construction for seven years before the explosion. #hm #hmintelligence

A drone attack early this morning caused a large fire at the Ozon logistics hub in the Tyube industrial park, Dagestan, Russia. The complex covers around 130,000 square metres.
