Xbox 360 Android | aX360e The long-awaited beta test has finally started, and here are some short notes. For now, we got an old build of the emulator. Someone said "aX360e is only updated to 0.4 and needs more time for porting" Right now, it runs only simple games like LEGO. Other titles don’t launch, crash, or show heavy artifacts - that’s fine. aPS3e had the same start, and now most PS3 games at least boot, even if not perfectly Ads on launch are fine too - that’s how the project stays alive. 1. Official beta test: Join the aPS3e Discord and DM your Gmail to @Someone. Also post in #beta-test to confirm. Once accepted, open: Google Play Test Tap the blue button, then install via: aX360e on Google Play 2. Alternative way (not recommended): You can download the APK and data manually, install, and move files - it’ll work and remove ads. But doing this hurts the project’s development.

Honestly, it's sad, but aPS3e still won't be faster than RPCSX. No matter how you look at it, RPCSX is better - even though they have the same developers, who are already swamped with work.

Development updates in RPCSX Updates are still being released, but not too often. To receive them, go to Settings - Download Channels, select the second option, and set it to Development. Once enabled, updates will arrive roughly once a week - sometimes even earlier

The slower release pace is due to DH currently focusing on the PS4 emulator and the new UI for RPCSX, so PS3-related improvements are minor for now

New milestone in Xbox 360 emulation on Android The aX360e emulator is now a reality. Gameplay tests on various Snapdragon processors will be shown soon. The project has reached a stage where the Xbox 360 button layout is now fully implemented. Developers will share more information later, so please stay patient.

X360 / Xenia Android Emulator by Aenu (APS3e) Internal testing update now live on Google Play Version 0.3 — what's new:

• Fixed crash related to the virtual keyboard • Fixed joystick inactivity issue • Improved GoD format recognition (no suffix needed) • Added a new settings interface (not functional yet) • Added a credits section

Known issues:

• Only GoD and ISO formats are recognized • XEX format does not run • XBLA and XBLIG single-file games are not yet supported • Touchscreen may occasionally freeze

Development is progressing steadily — Aenu continues refining the Android port of the Xbox 360 emulator.

Update:

The Xbox 360 Android emulator is still in internal testing. The arm64 backend is being improved, unlike the more mature ones in RPCS3 and Xemu. The UI is still basic — no menu or Xbox icons yet. For now, aenu will focus on aPS3e.

Developer DH has announced that the final Android version of RPCSX will be released with a completely updated interface on Jetpack Compose The plan is as follows:

First, public testing of the new common user interface will begin Then, the Android build will receive the Compose interface in the dev channel After successful testing, the final release with the new UI will be released and transferred to the main update channel

Aenu Presents Android-Native Xbox 360 Emulator

Aenu, creator of aps3e, unveiled an early Android-native Xbox 360 emulator. Not a wrapper - a true standalone build.

Current state: no controller support, only title screens. Crashes, black screens, and glitches remain. Small games boot, bigger ones mostly fail. Stability is low sometimes you need multiple attempts to start. Meanwhile, "Xanite" with his half-baked project is crying somewhere off to the side.
