Statement regarding Elementa Games & Legal Threats
To our community:
We want to address the recent legal harassment and cease-and-desist notices sent by Elementa Games' legal counsel (Ricc & Co.) targeting Team Stardust.
First off, issuing a cease-and-desist letter on the 15th against a website (silver.teamstardust.org) that wasn't even publicly open or operational at that exact time just proves how rushed, poorly researched, and blind their legal actions actually are.
More importantly, let's talk about double standards. Elementa Games is selectively targeting us while completely turning a blind eye to the others public wikis and database sites using identical assets and public client data daily. If an IP owner wants to enforce rules, they must apply them fairly across the entire ecosystem—not pick and choose targets while ignoring everyone else.
Despite this, we are open to seeking a fair and reasonable agreement with Elementa Games to resolve these matters amicably. However, we expect consistent criteria and mutual respect for the community that keeps these games alive.
Without the community, these games are nothing. Thank you for your continued support.
