Practice “loose expectations” by reminding yourself outcomes are uncertain.
2. Rigid expectations create emotional pressure. ✨ The more fixed your expectations are, the less room you leave for flexibility.
Use the “maybe mindset” replace “it will happen” with “it might happen.”
