ANNOUNCEMENT
To all Grade 9–11 Students:
Subject: School Closing
Ceremony Schedule.
This is to inform all Grade 9–11 students about the upcoming school closing ceremony.
As mentioned above, the Student-Family Day will be celebrated colorfully and entertainingly within the school compound on 02/11/2018 (E.C.). Therefore, we respectfully inform all students to attend the event with your parents/guardians in the morning at 8:00 AM (2:00 local time). Please Note the following!
1st: Students who have talent in poetry are encouraged to prepare their poems in advance and submit them for review before the event.
2nd: Student report cards will be distributed to everyone immediately after the closing ceremony, award presentations, and recognition events conclude.
3rd: Students who have not returned school books will not receive their report cards until the books are returned.
4th: Please be informed in advance that any student who comes on a day other than the specified date will only receive their report card in September(Meskerem)!
5th: Registration for summer classes (for Grades 10–12) will take place on that same day. We encourage all interested students to register.
