What's a good PC (other than a mac), that is good for programming and work within affordable prices?

I made vibecoded an FTP server using Java and Swing. I tried 2 or 3 apps on macOs and most barely worked. I tried to start an FTP server using python but it also didn't fit my needs. so I gave it a try with Java and swing. and it fucking nailed it. putting it here if it helps anyone else. https://github.com/YohannesTz/SimpleFTP
