Gen. DS Hooda (retd.) ] ❇️ Dilution in number of foot soldiers from Jammu region ( Now 9 Corps covering two sectors) + RR shifted to Ladakh in 2020 ❇️ BSF - Limited success in foiling infiltration even after a flat terrain) due to various reasons. ❇️ Local Police -Lacks proper resource distribution in new revived infiltration routes . 🎴Takeaways - 💬Communal rift is the best weapon pak has against us. 💬Exclusion of Locals from fight against Terrorism will ripe no results rather embarrassment only. 💬 Rift in society is the ultimate goal being chased by ISI since 80's ex- Operation Tupac , Bombay Blasts of 1993 (Read here).
