Before Operation "Rising Lion" last June, Iran was accelerating missile production toward an estimated 8,000 missiles by 2027—posing an existential threat. The Governments stockpile was then around 3,000 missiles; the operation removed hundreds and prevented production of at least 1,500 more. Since then, Iran has invested in rebuilding, reaching dozens of missiles per month with accelerated recovery and underground hardening.
