Been off the bike for a while Ramadan and life pulled me away, and I can feel the difference. Strength dropped, endurance isn’t where it used to be… but that’s about to change. Starting this week and for the next 2–3 weeks, I’m locking in. Riding 70–150 km every week, eating clean, sleeping right, and staying disciplined no matter what. No shortcuts, no excuses. The goal isn’t just to get back to where I was it’s to come back stronger. My last record was 96+ km, and now I’m aiming for 100–150 km in one ride, and in less time. Yeah, it sounds crazy. Good.
