Al Doha Foods is hiring the following position: Job Title: Quality Control – (Pasta line) Food Manufacturing · Key Responsibilities: Perform in-process quality checks on pasta products at all critical control points (CCPs) including mixing, extrusion, drying, and packaging stages. Conduct sensory evaluations (color, texture, taste, appearance) and physical measurements (moisture content, thickness, weight) according to standard operating procedures. • Monitor and verify Critical Control Points (CCPs) as defined in the HACCP plan and document all findings accurately. Collect product samples at defined intervals and perform laboratory testing including cook time, firmness, and moisture analysis. Identify, document, and communicate non-conformances to the production team and Quality supervisor; initiate corrective action as required. Review and approve product release decisions based on quality inspection results. Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment (moisture analyzers, scales, etc.). Complete all required quality records, inspection reports, and deviation logs in a timely and accurate manner. Collaborate with production supervisors to address quality issues and implement continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure GMP compliance is maintained across the production floor at all times. Train production operators on basic quality awareness and proper handling procedures Required Qualifications and Skills: Education • Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology. Work Experience • Minimum 1–3 years of quality control or food safety experience in a food manufacturing environment. • Experience in pasta production is strongly preferred. • Hands-on experience with HACCP implementation and monitoring. • Demonstrated experience conducting in-line quality inspections and laboratory testing.
