Repost from American Blackshirts Movement
... And so we wear the black shirt. We wear the black shirt because the color black best expresses the iron determination we have against what seems to be an impossible scenario. Wearing the Blackshirt is a statement of stoic bravery that we don't care about the power of moneyed interests. We don't give a damn.

Repost from The Golden One
I post physique to share something I am finally able to share.
Many years ago when I was a young man, I often heard others say that I would not be in such a good form when I had a wife, children, and a business.
I intuitively knew that they were only coping. However, being the kind-hearted light that I am, I was inclined to give them the benefit of the doubt.
Now that I am a Venerable Ancient, I can confirm the following:
Yes, you can definitely be in a good shape even when having a lot of other things to take care of.
As my man Aristotle so eloquently stated it "excellence is a habit" – indeed it is all about habits.
Just maintain your good habits; keep hitting the iron, you have 24 hours a day. If you find yourself putting on fat, just fast more. Fasting costs you nothing and does not take any time (the opposite on both accounts, in fact).
If anything, having children has only increased my motivation to train and to optimise my health.
Onwards!
Controlled-tempo Pendlay rows with 4 second hold at the top, 275x3. All of your lifts should be progressing in some way, every time you train in order to force your body to adapt and get stronger. Usually progress means adding weight or reps, but improving movement quality and control of weight in challenging positions can be another form of progressive overload that contributes to strength and muscle gains.
