How will the defense and internal security be funded? Each paramilitary force will be required to fund itselves through the collection of Land Value Taxes (LVT) for its' defense and training activities. These paramilitary forces will also come together to form a cohesive federal armed forces commanded by a single military council. The multi-ethnic Syrian Democratic Forces in Syria is a prime example of this arrangement. These paramilitary forces will also provide internal security services such as the gendarmerie, fire brigades and ambulance crews.

What Is a Land Value Tax (Georgism)? A land value tax is a more predictable way to tax property based solely on the value of a parcel of land and not any associated buildings. The concept of a land value tax dates back to the beginning of agrarian societies when deciding how to tax landowners fairly for the benefit of the larger community was a common social goal. @nationalanarchist
