The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) is responsible for managing the financial actions of the company. This includes tracking cash flow, analyzing the company’s financial strengths and weaknesses, and proposing corrective actions. The CFO plays a pivotal role in the overall management of the company, providing financial leadership and aligning business and finance strategy to grow the business.    Key Responsibilities:  1. Develop and execute financial strategies, oversee budget preparation, and present timely financial reports. 2. Ensure financial data accuracy, prepare statements and forecasts, and report results to stakeholders. 3. Identify and mitigate business risks, ensure compliance, and manage insurance activities. 4. Supervise financial operations, monitor cash flow, and maintain IT systems compliance. 5. Lead finance team, mentor staff, and align financial management with company goals. 6. Contribute to policy development, support strategic initiatives, and oversee plan implementation. 7. Manage investments, develop strategies, and make financial planning decisions. 8. Maintain relationships with stakeholders, represent the company to financial partners, and oversee external engagements.   Qualifications:  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; Advanced degree or certifications such as CPA or CFA preferred.  • Language: English is a must, Kurdish and Arabic is an advantage.  • Experience: Proven experience as CFO or similar role (preferably 5-7 years); in-depth knowledge of corporate financial law and risk management practices.  • Strong leadership and organizational skills.  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.  • In-depth knowledge of corporate finance and accounting principles, laws, and best practices.  • Solid knowledge of financial analysis and forecasting.  • Proficient in the use of MS Office and financial management software (e.g., Al Ameen).    If you’re ready to take your career to the next level and lead our finance efforts, we’d love to hear from you!
