Juan Tacuri, a Florida man, has confessed to participating in a telecommunications fraud conspiracy associated with the Forcount cryptocurrency Ponzi scheme, which targeted Spanish-speaking investors globally and involved around $8.4 million. Tacuri admitted guilt in a New York court and agreed to repay nearly $4 million plus real estate to victims. The scheme promised to double investments within six months but instead used new investors' funds to repay early investors and for personal expenses.
