I've been spending a couple hours a day on the treadmill and I started collecting motivation shorts/reels/tiktoks I've saved up since 2020 to keep me going (some of them are a bit cringe so be tolerant lol I was littteraly a minor when I started saving these) and will keep updating it so if you want some motivating clips to get you going here ya go Link

My biggest red flag is whenever I watch a tv show I get obsessed with the characters like they're a real person and do in-depth research on them like what books would they read , what hobbies would they have and recreate those That seem intriguing to me
