I know a large list of you are still wondering about what happens on the 4th of July. The day that pardons go out, there’s a lot of murmurs in chats & DMs speculating on if a pardon happens & what happens next. In my mind & personal opinion , Joby will be pardoned & walking free. It was stated in the video that the person who submitted the Pardon was Trumps close friend since the age of 15 where they met in military school is working on it. Let’s play out three scenarios Scenario A.) Joby gets pardoned , we have a long month of celebration & he’ll probably he doing live videos in the community with a lot of celebrating & people who want to see him. Scenario B.) Joby does not get pardoned, However his case (since the government admitted they violated his right to a speedy trial) is still in the middle of dismissal WITH Prejudice. This would result in his assets (yes his bitcoin) being returned & him being free. The best of both worlds still & again a long month of celebrating. Scenario C.) No Pardon - however his case is dismissed WITHOUT Prejudice. This means Joby still walks free however he’s still in the middle of the actual lawsuit & we should be as long as EVER about his case. Him being free is the most important thing. Our mission & freedom fighters are still here. As you see, in every scenario I’ve stated… Joby is a free man walking again. All the signs are there :)
