JUST IN: Memphis police officer Joseph McKinney shot and killed in Memphis, Tennessee during a shootout with teens. The incident happened at 2am when police officers say they were shot at by teens inside a car. It gets even more infuriating: One teen involved in the shootout, who was also killed, was arrested by the police back in March. He was found in a stolen vehicle with "an illegal modified semi-automatic weapon with a Glock switch attached" making it fully automatic. He was also charged for stealing two other vehicles. The Akron Police Department was called after a woman reported a teen pointing guns at homes. When the officer arrived, he saw the teen with the toy gun and fired a single bullet, hitting 15-year-old Tavion Koonce-Williams in the hand. "It’s fake! It’s fake, I promise!"
