⚠️nerves supple of tongue 1- motor :- hypoglossal 2- sensation:- *General :- ant 2 third>>trigeminal Post third >> glossopharyngeal *taste:- Ant 2 thirds>>> facial Post third >> glossopharyngeal

⚠️Gait -Waddling:- myopathy -Stamping or high steppage :- sensory ataxia - drunken/ zigzag/ wida:- cerebellar ataxia - circumduction:- hemiplegia -scissoring :- paraplegia -dancing:- chorea -short steppege and kinesia paradoxa:- Parkinsonism

⚠️All extra pyramidal associated with hypertonia(rigidity) except chorea

Lesion in -Pyramidal :- cant initiate voluntary movement -Extrapyramidal بما انه المساعد :- delay in initiating voluntary movement -Cerebellum :- disturbance in termination of movement

⚠️Ataxia types :- Sensory [ post. Column] Motor [ cerebellar ] Vestibular [ ENT] Hystrical Combined ------- Friedrich' ataxia:- cerebellar and sensory +pyramidal+ peripheral neuropathy Maries ataxia :- cerebellar only+ pyramidal lesion Both has +ve babniski But friedrech associated with hyporeflexia

⚠️ Cytoalbuminous dissociation :- -Protein > cells in Guillain barre , extra-medullary paraplegia -Cells> protein in Multiple sclerosis

جماعة حوار الbulbar palsy سريعا هو تبع العملي cranial nerves Cranial 9,10 ,11 مسؤالين عن منطقه الpharynx , palate , larynx لو اتضربت الاعصاب دي او nuclei بتاعتها الموجوده في medulla هتعمل LMNL ولو اتضرب pyramidal اللي بيغذي الneuclei من الناحيتين هيعمل UMNL فهتلاقي مع الاتنين dysarthria , dysphagia وهكذا بس بس انت عارف الفرق بين ابر ولور من الجدول الكبير واهم حاجة هنا ان في الابر هتلاقي Intact gag reflex and brisk jaw reflex فعلشان كدا هي pesudo اللي هو منين مشلول ومنين brisk وبتاع لكن لو كله ضايع فعلا يبقي دي true bulbar palsy لان ضربت النيرفات نفسها

لقيت دي للمقارنه بين umnl and lmnl وحسيتها كامله ❤️

⚠️ Pseudohypertophy of muscles - duchenne - becker - myotonia congenita - acromegaly - myxedema
