🚨 The FBI will do whatever it takes to disrupt pro-White groups. “I admit I’ve lied, I’ve cheated, I’ve stole for the FBI. I sold drugs for them; recorded illegally for the FBI.” — David Gletty ✊🏻 Keep it legal, Friends, and keep fighting for White Rights. ✍🏻 Don't forget those captured in the fight, some through just such entrapment. ⚖️ View our list of political prisoners at www.justice-initiative.net.

🆘 Recently, the Supreme Court made a landmark decision declaring that sentencing enhancements are unlawful unless unanimously supported by a jury on the underlying facts. For far too long, our legal system has permitted judges to act as inquisitors, going beyond their role and imposing significant additional sentences through these covert and unconstitutional measures known as 'enhancements.' At J-I, we advocate for fair sentencing based on actual offenses committed, not vague labels like 'gang member,' 'gang leader,' or ambiguous charges like 'terrorism' that judges can tack onto sentences to prolong them unjustly. ➡️ Many individuals associated with J-I have faced severe criminal enhancements. In the District of Columbia, judges overseeing cases related to January 6th (J6) threatened to amplify these enhancements if the Supreme Court deemed the use of 'obstruction of an official proceeding' unconstitutional. While individuals may still face jury verdicts on these enhancements, this ruling prevents activist judges from unilaterally inflating sentences based on personal biases, ensuring that jury convictions are upheld with the integrity of unanimous decisions. ⚖️ Give support to some of those targeted with these laws at Justice-Initiative.net.

🙅 As Pride Month winds down, take time to write to Coby Green. His youthful zeal drove him to unwisely throw a Molotov cocktail through the window of an establishment known to host Drag Queen story hours in 2022. ⚫️ The establishment was closed at the time, no one was injured, and the bottle did not break. Spilled liquid and some "scorch marks" where the only damage to the interior. ⚫️However, he was sentenced to 5 years in prison and 3 years supervised release after a hate crime enhancement. Mr. Green was already on investigators' radar for causing disturbances and leaving anti-LGBTQ flyers at other LGBTQ-friendly businesses in the Tulsa area. ✊🏻 Mr. Green is still full of enthusiasm for the cause even after several years in prison. In correspondence with J-I he asks for news from the outside and mentions his political beliefs have matured. His ordeal strengthened his beliefs about the current American Empire. 🙏🏻 Letters and commissary are always appreciated by P.O.W.s on our website. ⚖️ Contact information here. ✉️ Still too nervous to write yourself? ⚖️ Solitary confinement is often used to keep Political Dissidents away from their lawyers and to demoralize them. It appears New York State is making it more difficult to use this punishment. ✍🏻 Support those taken in the struggle with letters and commissary or use the proxy letter service at Justice-Initiative.net.

“The more corrupt the state, the more numerous the laws.” -Tacitus 🤔 With more than 230,000 regulations in the federal registry what does this say about America? ⚖️ Most of the laws in the U.S. benefit a small group of people or corporations and have little public support. The ruling class prefers to continue the illusion of rule of law, so rather than straight out targeting an individual or group, they pass vague laws which can be interpreted in anyway that is useful for their goals. 📰 Passing out political literature can't actually harm anyone, but if it goes against the American Empire, they may pass a "hate crime enhancement" in order to stop the proliferation of those ideas like in Florida. 🔥 Protesting with a tiki torch didn't hurt anyone, but the ideas of those carrying the torches are against those of the ruling classes, so an obscure law was dug up to prosecute UTR marchers. Laws like the above are never removed or expire and the number of them continue to increase as the Empire loses legitimacy to focus on holding onto power. ⚖️ Give support to some of those targeted with these laws at Justice-Initiative.net. The inmates on our website have been given extraordinary harsh sentences because of their political views or because they are White. If you are concerned about the future of the Nation, support those taken prisoner in the struggle. Personnel are policy.

💬💬💬💬💬💬 😌 During today's oral arguments in the appeals of Rob Rundo and Bowman, which spanned approximately 40 minutes, United States attorneys acknowledged the absence of an evidentiary hearing for Rundo and Bowman, asserting nonetheless that one was unnecessary. They argued that the use of cellular communications and online postings by RAM constituted evidence of interstate communication, thereby invoking the Riot Act. It is known that the online posting in question was likely leaked by members of Antifa. ⚖️ Rundo and Bowman's attorney vigorously contested the assertion that Antifa members could not have faced prosecution under the same Riot Act. She also emphasized that Rundo had only one prior conviction before this case, echoing a similar history from one of the Antifa members, a point made in response to inquiries about Rundo's criminal record. Notably, one judge suggested that White Nationalism could potentially serve as motivation for a crime and objected to labeling 19-year-old Rundo as a "teenager," a distinction often applied to young black individuals involved in violent incidents. ⚖️ Future updates here, on X, and Justice-Initiative.net.

This Tuesday, June 18, oral arguments about the selective prosecution committed by the government against him will be livestreamed at 1pm EST (10am PST) at https://www.ca9.uscourts.gov/ This freshly dismissed case stems all the way back to a 2017 free speech rally that Rob attended, where he provided security and defended himself and others against armed Antifa who came to shut down the event using everything from bike locks to home made explosives. The FBI only chose to go after Rob and his co-defendants due to their political views, charging them with felonies of rioting and conspiracy to riot, both carrying a 5-year prison sentence. Despite the allegations, there is not a single injury reported in his case nor any use of weapons. This case boils down to a minor fist-fight, yet the federal government has dumped enormous amounts of resources over the last 7 years to pursue Rob, including the use of a private jet to extradite him from Romania. At this time, Robert Rundo is currently in federal prison, being held without any release date, despite the charges having been dropped against him, and having been granted bail. Please share to shed a light on this blatant injustice.

🆘 Important message about Political Prisoner Rob Rundo's case: We are putting out this message to make people aware of Rob's current situation. This Tuesday, June 18th, oral arguments about the selective prosecution committed by the government against Rob will be live-streamed. This freshly dismissed case stems all the way back to a 2017 free speech rally that he provided security for and defended himself and others from armed Antifa who came to shut down the event, using everything from bike locks to homemade explosives. But the FBI chose to only go after him and his co-defendants at these events for their political views and federally charged him with 'rioting' and 'conspiracy to riot,' both carrying 5 years in prison. Despite the allegations against him, there is not a single injury reported in his case nor any use of weapons by them. This case boiled down to a minor fist fight, yet the federal government has dumped an enormous amount of resources over the last 7 years, including the use of a private jet into this case. Currently, Rob is still in federal prison without any outdate, despite the charges being dropped against him and having been granted bail. We ask for this to be shared around to shed light on this blatant injustice. ⚖️Follow us on Twitter and share this post there so that Elon responds

💬💬💬💬💬💬Some updates: 😌 Rob Rundo is still being held in a California prison awaiting the Government's appeal after having the case against him dismissed twice. 🔥 William Fears was released from jail in Virginia after making an Alford plea in his Tiki torch case, unfortunately, he is being extradited to Pennsylvania for an offense from 2007 not related to UTR. ⚫ Stephen Pattison has been located in a jail in Upstate NY. ➡️ Take time to look over Justice-Initiative.net for details of many political prisoners and POWs in the fight for White rights. Receiving letters and commissary is very encouraging for the men and women inside. Do your part by sending them support.

🍌 After a planned speech by Richard Spencer was successfully cut short by Antifa counter-protestors in 2017, Tyler Tenbrinks and 2 companions shouted back at several Antifa types at a bus stop. Tenbrink's back window was struck with a baton, prompting Tenbrink to fire a warning shot to disperse the would-be mob. No one was hurt as the bullet struck a nearby building. In 2019 Tenbrink was sentenced to 15 years in prison after he was betrayed by one of his companions who agreed to testify against Tenbrink in exchange for a lighter sentence. 🤔 Whether you agree with his decisions or not, Tenbrink attempted to stand up for his beliefs and the rights of White people in America against system supported Antifa. ✉️ Send him letters and encouragement here. ⚖️ Still too nervous? Proxy letter service here.
