Land Beyond the Ice Wall?
Many within our circles usually have a wild imagination, especially regarding our planet and its cosmology. We have different types: Hollow Earthers, Flat Earthers, and some people reject both and have crazier ideas. Ignoring these types for now, I want to focus on the flat earth faction, specifically a subfaction that I will deem, BTIW’s, short for Beyond the Ice Wallers.
Flat Earthers come in different breeds; some are Christian, some are not, but BTIW’s are different, as they seem to be rarer, and more often than not, fictitious in their ideas, not actually believing them. One of these BTIW thought leaders is Nos Confunden, also known as Claudio Nocelli, the author of the Terra-Infinita series. He has 14 books under his belt (his website linked below). I even own the first three in the series. He writes that beyond the Ice Walls, exist 178 other worlds, all connected via land bridges and ocean corridors. (Two of his maps linked above) Other lost lands, all deserving their own posts, such as Hyperborea, Lemuria, Mu, Thule, and others as such, are also included within this mythos. While most of his videos are in Spanish, he also uploads many in English, which serve as interesting thought experiments on BTIWs and feature much better writing, making them more enjoyable.
While I personally believe that Land Beyond the Ice Wall doesn’t exist, I still find the topic very interesting and thought I would write a short post about it. I will link to his website, along with other resources on the topic, if you wish to read more. I further wonder if others believe this could be the case, and I would love to talk to them more about the topic.
