That’s a wrap on The Work Panel! Thank you to everyone who joined us yesterday for an open and candid conversation about work, careers and figuring out what comes next. Together with Andee Tay, Kar Men Lim, Fan Wei Chung and Dione Chen, we talked about non-linear career paths, knowing when it might be time for a change, mentorship and support systems, advocating for yourself, and navigating uncertainty at work. One of our biggest takeaways? There really isn’t one roadmap to a successful career. Every experience can teach us something about what we're good at, what matters to us and where we might want to go next. And we don't necessarily have to figure it all out on our own. A big thank you to our panellists for sharing so candidly, and to everyone who brought your questions and experiences into the room. We hope you left with something useful for your own journey. See you at the next RainbowAsia programme!

Our next panellist for The Work Panel 👀 Meet Dione Chen, an educator, learning experience designer and facilitator. Over the past nine years, Dione has worked across curriculum design, youth and leadership programmes, facilitation and coaching, with a particular interest in how we lead ourselves, turn what we learn into wisdom, and grow into fuller versions of who we are. At The Work Panel, she'll be spilling the tea on building confidence and self-awareness at work, turning guidance into action, and approaching career growth with greater intention. Whether you're figuring out your first step or thinking about your next one, come join the conversation. 📅 26 Sep 2026 ⏰ 11am–1pm 📍 Overlap, The Working Capitol 🎟 21+ Register here: https://theworkpanel2026.peatix.com/ Dione is participating in this panel in her personal capacity. Our next panellist for The Work Panel 👀 Meet Fan Wei Chung, organisational development practitioner, learning architect and Director of Latent Achievements. Fan Wei's work explores the human side of working life: how conversations, trust and psychological safety can create meaningful change, and how we can better understand ourselves as we navigate our careers. At The Work Panel, he'll be spilling the tea on personal leadership, mentorship, building trust at work and developing relationships that go beyond transactional networking. If you're figuring out how you want to grow, not just where you want your career to go, this one's for you. 📅 26 Sep 2026 ⏰ 11am–1pm 📍 Overlap, The Working Capitol 🎟 21+ Register here: https://theworkpanel2026.peatix.com/

Our next panellist for The Work Panel 👀 Meet Andee Tay! Science → PhD → private equity → management consulting → hospitality and lifestyle brands. Safe to say, Andee knows a little something about careers not going in a straight line. 😅 He’ll be spilling the tea on navigating career transitions, knowing when it might be time to recalibrate, and what he’s learnt from moving between very different industries along the way. 📅 26 Sep 2026 ⏰ 11am–1pm 📍 Overlap, The Working Capitol 🎟 21+ Register here: https://theworkpanel2026.peatix.com/

Our next panellist for The Work Panel 👀 Meet Kar Men Lim! Kar Men brings experience from across the world of people and work, from recruiting talent to helping organisations think about their people, teams and development. He'll be spilling the tea on what happens on the other side of the hiring table: what employers actually look for, navigating workplace expectations, the skills that matter beyond your CV, and finding your footing as you grow in your career. 📅 26 Sep 2026 ⏰ 11am–1pm 📍 Overlap, The Working Capitol 🎟 21+ Register here: https://theworkpanel2026.peatix.com/
