HDB Financial Services IPO – For HDFC Bank Shareholders HDBFS (a subsidiary of HDFC Bank) is launching its IPO. HDFC Bank is offering shares worth ₹10,000 crore via Offer for Sale. Key Details: • IPO Dates: June 25–27, 2025 • Price Band: ₹700–₹740 per share • Lot Size: Min 20 shares, then in multiples of 20 • Max Investment: ₹1.92 lakh (at ₹740) Special Benefit: If you held HDFC Bank shares on June 19, 2025, you can apply under the Shareholder Quota (10% reserved). You can also apply in Retail or HNI categories—this won’t count as multiple applications. Apply via: • Online (stock exchange websites) • Offline (application forms at designated centres) Make sure you have a valid demat account and PAN. IPO Alert – Oswal Pumps Limited 🚨 📅 Dates: 13th to 17th June 2025 💰 Price Band: ₹584 - ₹614 📦 Lot Size: 24 shares 📈 GMP: ₹47 (Approx ₹1128 profit per lot, not impressive at 7.65%) 💼 Issue Size: ₹1387.34 Cr (64% fresh issue which is decent) 🛠️ What they do: They’re into manufacturing a wide range of pumps from solar, submersible, monoblock to sewage pumps. Also make electric motors, cables & panels. 📊 Financials: ✔️ Revenue & profit after tax have improved ✔️ Assets, reserves & net worth are up ⚠️ Debt remains high, IPO funds to be used partly for debt repayment, which could’ve been handled internally. 📉 Valuation & Sentiment: Valuations look a bit stretched for now. GMP falling recently & subscription at just 0.70x so far, shows low interest. 🧠 My View: Good long-term potential, but short-term listing gains look weak. I’m not applying for this ❌
