Schochu / soju (technically neither really but whatever) has been distilled and i got an absolutely insane amount of booze out of it
Its p good, planning to age some of it on wood to see how it turns out, first ill need to go buy new jars though since im really running out of space
Initially planned to distill it on grain but as it turns out, the grain basket i have doesnt fit in the distiller since the lid dips down a little at first at just the wrong point and now it cant close
