نأمل أن يكون رمضان قد أصلح فينا ما أفسده مستوى ثالث 🙂 وأن يكون مصدر قوة لإكمال ما تبقى منه نسأل الله عز وجل أن يتقبله منا ويجعلنا من عتقائه في هذا الشهر الكريم 🌒 وأن يغفر لنا ويجعل مثوانا الجنة📿🤲🏼 دمتم في سلام 🤍

اللهم بلغنا رمضان وسلّمنا فيه، وتسلمه منّا متقبلاً. اللهم اهدنا فيه لطاعتك، ووفّقنا لقراءة آياتك، ورزقنا تلاوة القرآن العظيم، وتدبّره، وفهم معانيه. اللهم اجعل صيامنا فيه صيام الصائمين، وقيامنا فيه قيام القائمين، ونبهنا فيه عن نومة الغافلين، وهب لنا جرمنا فيه يا إله العالمين، واعف عنّا يا عافياً عن المجرمين. اللهم لا تؤاخذنا فيه بالعثرات، وأقلّنا فيه من الخطايا والهفوات، ولا تجعلنا فيه غرضاً للبلايا والآفات، بعزّتك يا عزيز يا جبار. اللهم اجعلنا فيه من عتقائك من النار، ومن سُعدائك في الجنّة، برحمتك يا أرحم الراحمين.

1. Methadone antidote to Morphine 2. Diazepam antidote to Methadone 3. Fluoxetine antidote to Diazepam 4. Flumlazenil antidote to GABA 5. Naloxone + Naltrexone antidote to opioids

🔺️Some important notes : 🔹️Sulfadiazine is combined with Pyrimethamine for toxoplasmosis out of pregnancy " means for male and  non pregnant women  " 🔹️Gentamicin topically is combined with lidocaine to prevent burn infections. 🔹️Neomycin topically is combined with topical prep. corticosteroids to prevent infection - in eye drop is combined with corticosteroids " Dexamethasone" to prevent eye infection. 🔹️ Ceftazidime is combined with Avibactam in resistance intra-abdominal infections for inpatient " Hospital acquired resistance " 🔹️ Imipenem is used with Cilastatin (dehydropeptidase inhibitor) to prevent the breakdown of Imipenem in the kidney. 🔹️ As a question : Why Spiromycin is combined with metronidazole in oral infection cases? A: Because the bacteria those cause oral infection are G+ve anaerobic bacteria so the Spiromycin acts on G+ve while Metronidazole acts on Anaerobic bacteria. 🔹️ If Vancomycin is used : -for meningitis,  add Ceftrixone or Cefotaxime -for endocarditis add Gentamicin 🔹spiramycin combined with mitronidazole used for oral cavity infection 🔹clindamycin combined with pyrimethamine for toxoplasmosis and with primaquine pneumocystis

🔷️ Important combinations: 🔹Co_trimoxazol= ( Sulfamethoxazole + trimethoprim ) 🔹Fansider= ( Sulfadoxine + Pyrimethamine ) 🔹Co_amoxiclav= ( Amoxicillin + Clavulanic acid ) 🔹Ampiclox= ( Ampicillin + cloxacillin ) 🔹( Ampicillin + Sulbactam ) 🔹(Tazobactam + piperacillin or cephalosporine) 🔹(avibactam +ceftazidem)

فيما يخص ال penicillin and cephalosporine ركزوا على العائلة مع امثلتها مش تحفض كل شيء عن الدواء وتنسى لأي عائلة ينتمي

الدكتورة قالت تعتمد الSE الذي تحت فقط

اسماء ال Vit D به اسئلة كثير تجي بدل vit D يعني بدل ما يكتب لك vit D يكتب اسم اخر من حقه الأسماء فركزوا عليهن

طبعا في المقرر قالوا ان الدكتورة قالت نركز على ال sedative and hyponotic لكن الدكتورة قصدها نركز على اي دواء sedative او anti-anxiety او الأثنين مع بعض علما ان sedative هو نفسه hyponotic
