MAJOR UPDATE: Rick Addante was just served with a temporary injunction and ordered to surrender his firearms to the Melbourne Sheriff’s Office. Addante is being sued by Professor Brandon May of Florida Tech. Last year, Addante publicly exposed how officials like Brandon at Florida Tech allegedly discussed rebranding “climate change” initiatives with different language to keep receiving funding and play the system. Addante previously filed a separate whistleblower lawsuit against FIT that remains pending. Matthew Tyrmand, the former board member of Project Veritas, is attempting this similar litigation tactic against James O’Keefe currently that May is attempting against Addante. @OKeefeMediaGroup

Meet Christopher Michael Segal, a Las Vegas middle school teacher who identifies as queer and previously served as Chair of the school's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Committee. He met with our undercover journalist and revealed that district policy requires parental approval before educators use a student's preferred name or pronouns, which he admitted he breaks. The teacher stated: “I break the law and still call kids what they want me to call them.” Christopher also described being one of the first adults students confide in regarding their sexuality and gender identity, stating, “I've had kids ask me, like, coach them on coming out.” The teacher further explained that when parents object to school staff supporting a child's gender identity, the response is often, “If you had a better relationship with your child, they would trust you to tell you.” A taxpayer-funded middle school teacher is having discussions about gender identity with middle school students as young as 11 and 12 years old, with the teacher acknowledging that many students experimenting with pronouns later abandon those identities. This is what is happening in classrooms across the country. Christopher also shared how he let students vote on the color of makeup he should wear in class, and glitter eyeshadow won. He openly discusses being queer with students in class. When our undercover journalist asked whether LGBTQ ideology was being promoted to children, the teacher responded: “Yes, absolutely. Everyone should be a little gay, everybody.” Additional comments included criticism of parents who object to school staff supporting a child's gender identity, and he questioned why Black students supported MAGA: “Why are you MAGA kids?” He also claimed that the students were “so wrong in everything they were writing.” The teacher further admitted using Critical Race Theory as a lens for teaching and curriculum development, describing classroom discussions centered on race, identity, policing, and systemic discrimination. The American people and parents deserve to know what teachers are telling students behind classroom doors and whether school employees are complying with policies designed to keep parents informed about matters involving their children. We have reached out to the teacher and school officials for comment and will update our reporting with any responses received. @OKeefeMediaGroup

And I was like, and two of them were black kids. Why are you MAGA kids?” @OKeefeMediaGroup

UPDATE: Hearing Held Today in Matthew Tyrmand Family Domestic Violence Court Matter, Judge Questions Basis of Tyrmand Conflict Claim as Hearing Focuses on Attempt to Disqualify Counsel A hearing was held today in Family Domestic Violence Court involving Matthew Tyrmand's petition stemming from O'Keefe Media Group's February investigative reporting regarding statements Tyrmand allegedly made about James O'Keefe, including claims that he acted as an informant for the Southern District of New York against various conservative groups while working with them, as well as remarks that he "would kill" O'Keefe. Tyrmand's attorney, Christian Maroni, continued to argue that OMG's reporting constituted "stalking," "cyberstalking," and "harassment." A significant portion of today's hearing focused on whether attorney Benjamin Barr & Stephen Klein could continue representing O'Keefe in the matter. Maroni argued for approximately 20 minutes that Barr should be disqualified due to alleged conflicts arising from communications Barr had with Tyrmand during Barr's previous tenure at Project Veritas. Barr's representation, however, was of Project Veritas, not Tyrmand personally. During the exchange, the judge asked whether Barr had ever actually represented Tyrmand. Maroni responded that Tyrmand "believed" Barr had represented him. The judge then questioned the basis for that assertion, responding: "It's based upon his 'subjective' belief?" The judge also noted that Barr had already been admitted as counsel for O'Keefe in the related appeal proceedings without objection from Tyrmand's side. Counsel for O'Keefe, Thomas Kroeger, argued against the disqualification effort, describing it as an attempt at "removing an experienced First Amendment counsel because it has become convenient for the other side." Kroeger further argued that prior representation of an organization does not automatically create an attorney-client relationship with every individual associated with that organization, stating: "Representing a company does not mean representing a man who sits on its board." At the conclusion of the hearing, the judge directed both parties to submit proposed orders on their respective positions before issuing a ruling on the disqualification issue. The matter remains ongoing, and O'Keefe Media Group will continue to provide updates as developments occur. @OKeefeMediaGroup
