Biden cannot be removed from the Wisconsin ballot, it is too late now per state law. Perhaps that is why squatter Meagan Wolfe and Robin Vos are ignoring clear state election laws to enable mass cheating, like this: ~ Peter Bernegger

Wis. Citizens: contact the JCRAR committee. Wisconsin election clerks have begun sending out new, unlawful absentee ballots envelopes. They have drunk the kool-aid of lies from Meagan Wolfe. It will not end well as now those mail-in ballots cannot be counted. And if the clerks certify the election, done by signing under sworn oath, they will be committing perjury, just like I said in earlier posts on this. The language on the new absentee envelopes is unlawful as it says it is the original or copy of voter's request for the absentee ballot. It can't be as the original request was created by the voter, the new envelopes were created by WEC: two different forms. So the voters will be committing a felony of false swearing (that statute is printed on the envelope in fact). So will the witness to the voter signing. Then the election clerks will be committing election fraud. This one: 12.13(2)(b)4 "Intentionally assist or cause to be made a false statement, canvass, certificate or return of the votes cast at any election." And this one: 12.13(2)(b)7 "In the course of the person's official duties or on account of the person's official position, intentionally violate or intentionally cause any other person to violate any provision of chs. 5 to 12 for which no other penalty is expressly prescribed." But its going to get worse, because the local municipal election clerks are required to sign off on the elections, certify them, under sworn oath. Then the County Clerks, but there will be tens of thousands of ballots challenged as they failed to follow the mandatory requirements. Which include there are to be 2 pieces of paper in the return envelope back to the clerk by the absentee voter: the paper ballot and then the original or copy of the voter's request when he or she first asked for the ballot. And that 2nd piece of paper is to be signed by the voter, this is to help protect from fraudulent absentee ballots coming into the system. All this explains why Robin Vos and Meagan Wolfe want to ignore clearly mandated election laws: to cheat. And they just threw the clerks underneath the bus to do it. The clerks are now open to huge civil rights lawsuits by citizens. WEC has no authority to ignore our elections laws; nor any authority to tell the clerks to ignore it either. BAM!!!! Meagan Wolfe and the six Wisconsin Election Commissioners facing contempt of court. Could be fined, hauled into court and could see jail time! A Motion For Contempt was filed in Oldenburg v WEC lawsuit this past Monday morning. Wolfe and the 6 Commissioners violated the court's temporary injunction - election clerks in trouble of those who sent out the new, unlawful, absentee envelopes. WEC Chief Legal Counsel Jim Witecha shrugs off court order and says to go ahead and use the unlawful, illegal new absentee envelopes. Witecha is behind many of these illegal acts by WEC. Now Witecha hides while Wolfe and the six Commissioners Don Millis, Mark Thomsen, Ann Jacobs, Marge Bostlemann, Bob Spindell and Carrie Riepl face the music. They violated the court's order and intent during their June 10th meeting. The motion's brief shows Don Millis doesn't know the language on the envelopes is illegal, putting all election clerks and voters in legal jeopardy. The motion's brief also shows Commissioner Bob Spindell doesn't even know a signed original or copy of the absentee ballot request must be included in the return envelope with the paper ballot back to the clerk. Ballots without this paper cannot be counted. Ballots without the real signed original or copy cannot be counted. More coming, I call for a criminal investigation into what Wolfe, Witecha and the six Commissioners did, what they did to all the election clerks in the state, and to those voters who wish to vote absentee. BREAKING: there will be a recall election held in July for "Republican" Speaker Robin Vos who participated in election fraud with Meagan Wolfe (see previous posts). Here is Claire at 3:06am Nov 4th 2020 leaving Milwaukee's Central Count, police squad SUV 554. See quoted post naming the guy who brought the fraudulent ballots in at 1:15am on Nov.4th. She kicked out Republican observers the night before at around 10:30pm telling them all ballots had been counted. This is how incredibly stupid State Assembly Rep Ron Tusler is, he is pushing a "Monday Count" bill because he (wrongly) believes the City of Milwaukee needs more time to count the ballots. Nope Tusler - Claire was done with the LEGAL ballots at 10:30pm on Nov.3rd. She needed the time from then until 3:06am to stuff the tabulators with fake ballots for Joe Biden. Why don't you talk to eye witnesses who were there Tusler, instead of making a fool of yourself before the entire state of Wisconsin? Rep Scott Krug is the Chair of the Assembly's Election Committee who is supposed to oversea corrupt clerks like Claire. He hasn't done anything but protect them and Meagan Wolfe. The two police officers were so concerned about Claire's behavior (she acted it up, about the missing USB stick) they went to the FBI the next day to file a report with them. ~ Peter Bernegger

I allege that Dwayne Johnson of DJ & Sons Trucking LLC out of Milwaukee, WI, was the person who brought the fraudulent ballots into Milwaukee's central count around 1:15am on November 4th, 2020. Claire Woodall forced out the Republican observers around 10:30pm the night before, telling them all the ballots had been counted. An eye-witness says ballots were still being counted at 2:30am. Claire then is on video getting into the police SUV at 3:06am. And you see this photo? It was staged. A reporter and Claire went around the room where he would get her to pose, looking like she was doing these things...but she wasn't really. It was all a show. Then, the big spike for Joe Biden came in around 1:42am on November 4th. Look at her; she stole the 2020 Presidential election in Wisconsin. They waited until they knew the vote counts, then kicked out the observers, next stuffed the tabulators with fraudulent ballots. MICHA and Sols To The Pols helped her in this cheat. Meagan Wolfe was part of the steal in many ones; for one, she was on her own with no vote at all by the six commissioners who "approved" drop boxes. On July 8, 2022, the State Supreme Court slammed Wolfe by name several times in their ruling, stating that drop boxes were never legal. And who gave Wolfe permission to do this? "Republican" Speaker Robin Vos of the state assembly. In a private letter, which is now public from an open records request, from Vos' attorneys to Wolfe. Wolfe, Vogg and Vos all committed election fraud. Each tried to hide it from all of us also. ~ Peter Bernegger
