I've not lost much compared to what some have lost.
There should be a mass action lawsuit especially for Kenyans.

| 7 |  Investors worldwide should know that this "earnings" are stolen funds from creatives whose only crime was trusting PayPal.
The incoming government should make the digital economy stable and ready for platforms such as Stripe and American banks. The government should provide unlimited KYC API gateway for external licensed payment gateways to proof identities and prevent money laundering or ease recovery of funds.
If there was a clear foundation framework on how to boost and export digital economy as a country, even Trump wouldn't see a reason to go hard on us. I forgot World Bank writes all our frameworks.
Just like we have a framework on Tourism or agriculture, we need one by Young Kenyans for digital jobs. It doesn't have to be punitive like accessing Mpesa transactions. This companies only need KYC endpoints and incase of crime, assure them partnership with the security agencies.
Make it easy for them to set up shop.

PayPal was connected to a website; this account has never received any money before directly from a user. It has always been platform to the user. But they still for unknown reasons said it was suspicious and banned the account with money in it.
This is out rightly theft.
And without online writers and creatives, expect Kenyan shilling value to drop and the evil bankers know this. They want to weaken our currency and economy so we don't pay back the loans as part of Agenda 2030. They are now enforcing joblessness using the banking system. It doesn't look alarming until it starts showing up in the value of our currency.

Paypal then waits for you to receive the money.
Paypal - We have deactivated your account permanently.
This is happening to real users who offer real services outside Kenya. Not scammers or money launderers.
We do too much politics in government, we've never been practical. I even expected the ministry of ICT to respond and write to Paypal or ban it completely so we know Kenyans cannot transact on Paypal.
But what the government doesn't realize is that our currency is strong because of this dollars coming in from online "wankers".
PayPal has deactivated my account like it has been doing to many online writers and yet I delivered value.
Trump's government is weakening the nations economically so that they will bend to AI government.
He has made it difficult for money to go out of the USA but easy to come in.

A client who sells custom hair and accessories outside Kenya was frustrated because it was difficult to find a reliable gateway she would trust. Clients are willing to pay, but there is no avenue. And why should it be easy to pay American tech companies such as netflix and google subscription fees while it is difficult to receive the same dollars.
Platforms such as Pesapal, Intasend etc are strictly onboarding limited companies cutting off a huge chunk of young people aiming to build their brands for international clients because corrupt politicians are laundering money while the people who need working systems pay the price.
If we are talking about diplomacy, what is so difficult for ministries of trade and security to work with Paypal and help deal with money laundering while real people who offer real services boost our foreign reserves. The Government should help Paypal establish an office in Kenya. | 310 |
