Forgiveness is one of the greatest acts of kindness available to you because it cleanses your spirit so you can find your way forward. But, if you’re like me, you may struggle to give yourself this very same gift; you may struggle to send this kindness back inward. *But you can learn.* Try this visualization on for size.Close your eyes and take several deep breaths in and out. When you reach a state of calm, picture a simple white room with just two chairs seated across from one another within it.Sit down in one of the chairs and then call forth someone you love in your mind. Have them sit across from you.Think about how much you care for this person and all of the great things about them.When you’re focused on that feeling of warmth, mentally swap perspectives with that person. Imagine that you’re seeing yourself through their eyes. Imagine that they’re feeling that very same compassion and kindness towards you.Allow yourself to sit with that warmth for yourself until you truly feel it.The purpose here is to give yourself the same benefit of the doubt as you would someone whom you love—to truly see yourself with the same grace you so freely give to others. Because you deserve it, too. .

Reading Practice. 🎤🎤 “When the aim is to compete with others, you focus on defeating others. When the aim is to achieve your goals, the focus shifts to improving yourself.” Most people consider success to be the best among all. This is one of the reasons why people do not feel successful even after achieving a lot in life. When we see success in being ahead of others, we lose sight of our real goals. Instead of focusing on what we want, we focus on what others want so that we can get ahead of them. That's why we never get what we want and remain dissatisfied. Focus on your goals and improve yourself. If you compare yourself, you only end up where others want to be. 🌸🌺🌻🌹🌷🌼💐

⚰️ Mirror in Coffin One day all the employees of a company saw a note on door. “The person who have been hindering the growth of your company passed away yesterday. You all are invited to the funeral that has been prepared in company gym.” Was written on note. After reading note, all employees got sad for deceased colleague but after a while all got curious to know about the person who have been hindering the growth of company and colleagues. Because of curiosity all the employees came and security was ordered to control the crowd in the room. Everyone thought that, “Whoever was the guy was hindering the growth so its well at least only he died.” One by one each employee got chance to look inside the coffin but as they looked inside coffin they got speechless as if someone/ something has touched deepest part of their soul. There was a mirror inside the coffin, when everyone looked inside they saw the reflection of himself. There was a sign placed next to the mirror having message, “There is only one person who is capable to set limits on your growth and that’s YOU.” Moral: World is like mirror. It gives back the reflection of the thoughts in which one believed strongly. So, you are the only person who can influence your happiness, success and only person who can help yourself.

Read and Record 🎤 👀 Blind King’s Challenge to Painter: Very long ago, a one-eyed king was ruling a country. He was fond of arts and crafts. He generously rewards the great artists, poets and craftsmen. However, he was stuck with one major habit. He never liked any person who used to praise him falsely! Simply, he was a man of truth and wanted his people to be true. The king was born with one eye. He had vision on his right eye and the space for left eye was simply closed with the skin! One day, he wanted to get himself painted and made an announcement. After filtering the talented artists, the king asked three men to draw his face. He told them, ‘If you do an impeccable job, I will reward you with something you won’t even earn in your life time! If not, you will be severely punished!’ All the three agreed and started to sketch his face. The first artist showed the painted picture of the king. The king felt bad as the picture showed that one of the eyes was shown blind, though he drawn both eyes. The artist was sentenced to imprisonment for 10 years.  The king felt that the picture was a dishonor to a ruler showing a physical disability! The second artist showed the picture and even he was imprisoned for 5 years. The picture depicted the king having vision in both eyes. The king felt he was falsely praising the king to earn reward and it was also considered a matter of dishonoring the king pointing his blindness! The third artist showed the picture and was rewarded a fortune! The third artist was very clever and he drawn the king’s face with only one eye! Moral: There is Solution to Every Problem.. You Just Need to Think Hard.

The_History_of_the_English_Language Most people know that the English language is spoken by many millions of people around the world. However, few people are aware of the history of the English language. Today, English is one language, but in some ways it is a mixture of many different languages. The English language is most closely related to a group of languages called the Germanic languages. This group also includes languages such as German and Dutch. About 1500 years ago, these languages were not yet distinct from each other. Some of the people of Germany and the Netherlands then moved to England. Those people were called the Anglo-Saxons, and their language then evolved into English. Most of the basic words of the English language are derived from these very old Anglo-Saxon languages. For example, the words for the parts of the body, for numbers, and for animals are mostly Anglo-Saxon words. Some new words were brought to England over 1000 years ago by people who came from the Scandinavian countries of northern Europe. Many words that begin with the letters "sk", such as skin and skill, are Scandinavian words. A major change happened in the English language after the year 1066. In that year, England was conquered by a king from the northern part of France. He and his followers spoke French, so French became an important language in England. During the next few hundred years, the English language absorbed a very large number of French words. In fact, today's English dictionaries contain more words of French origin than of Anglo- Saxon origin. Part of the reason why the English language has so many words is that it often has two words for each idea-one word of Anglo-Saxon origin, and one word of French origin. Many more words entered the English language a few hundred years ago, when science and technology became more widespread. Most scientific and technical words are derived from words of the ancient languages of Latin and Greek. Because there are so many of these scientific and technical words in the English language today, the influence of Latin and Greek has been quite large. Other languages have also contributed many words to the English language. Some words have come from the Celtic languages, spoken in Ireland, Scotland, and Wales. Many words have been added to the English language by immigrants who came to North America from various countries of Europe. Also, many more words have been adopted from the Native languages of North America, Australia, and the Pacific, and from the languages of peoples in Africa and Asia. All of these words have made English a very interesting language!

🌀📖 *Read & Record*📖🌀 Video calling is a technology when you call somebody. You see him at the same time. It is a normal thing for us today. People do not know it one hundred years ago. People first get the idea of video calling in the late 1890s . They do not know how to do it. The first success is in the 1930s. But the video is very bad. A US company makes a Television-Phone in 1955. People see each other when they call. The screen is 25 centimeters wide. The Internet changes video calling in the late 1990s. It is fast and the picture is good. Many people use video calling every day. They work from home or they must stay at home. They are happy that they can see their family and friends on the screen. 💫 *Thank You*💫
