hihi so as y'all can see these are the mailing prices now^^ so we've updated our tncs and our new mailing fee is between $2.50-3 depending on the amount/type of items you order! the items will also now be trackable as we have no other choice 😍😭 we hope you understand as we do not want ur to be paying extra mailing fees also 🙏 if we take longer to mail your items it'll most likely be because there are no singposts near us and it is hard for us to go to singpost to buy the stamps so do try to understand 🫶 Ty for reading and we'll be listing more items soon!

hii i went down to singpost to clarify about the new mailing rates and these were the qns i asked and the response from the staff! 1) some of us still hv afew $1.55stamps with us on hand, are we still able to use it? ( i did also show her a pc in a tl!) response: no we are not able to use the $1.55 stamps anym☹️ but we can stack stamps by buying a 45c stamp to paste next to the 1.55 stamp! as long as the value adds up to $2 but WONT be trackable! BUT once both added whr it adds up to $2 we CAN make it trackable by heading down to singpost and request for it to be upset into a trackable label whr they will paste the new $2 label ontop of it~ 🙏🏼😌 ( was told this right before i left ~ ) 2) what will happen if the value is less than $2? response: a “insufficient fund” label along will a top up fee will be put on the parcel and the BUYER will need to pay the top up fee 3)to activate the trackable feature of the new $2 stamps do we need to head down to singpost ? response: no we dont need to! the new label will hv a barcode and serial no. on it which we can scan using our phones or key in the no. on the singpost web. we can still drop mails w this new label at our nearby singpost blue box! 4) we are only able to get the new trackable labels at singpost itself right? response: yep the $2 trackable labels can only be purchased from singpost, if you do happen to buy $2stamps from the sam machine it WILL NOT be trackable BUT ( refer back to qn 1 whr it can be made trackable) ^^ another thing to note is that the trackable $2 labels can also only be applicable if the item fits in your letterbox! the normal mailing option will also not be avail anymore :( hope this helps!
