React to the above message quickly. Let it reach 50 to start the event. Until then, I’ll tell you a story. The attached photo is from the book "The Tipping Point." This highlighted line relates to the idea of VARIABLE TRIBE. As VT is about people and community, it focuses on imparting the right beliefs in people’s minds to help them grow. To do so, people need such an environment. We have VTCH but that isn't enough. These days almost everything is done online. Where there used to be offline academies, there are now online ones. VT exists as a sort of online academy that tries to create a good life for people, allowing them to live with satisfaction even during tough times. To follow the highlighted line from the photo, we will create an application: a community application where more people will join, creating that environment. We are planning to start working on the application in 2027. For now, we are building a prototype. A day will come when this will reach many people and benefit them.

THE BEGINNING OF A NEW EVENT. (EVENT 5) "Understanding Fears & How to conquer them" Fear stops a human from acting, keeps him hesitant, and prevents him from becoming who he wishes to be. This week, we will explore different fears, fear of death, life, rejection, uncertainty, failure, judgment, and many more. We will understand where these fears come from, how they control us, and how to deal with them rationally. The goal is not to become fearless, but to ensure fear no longer makes our decisions for us. After the end of this event we will start the next one which was promised to you. In the month of November (Mastering Life) will be our 6th event. And in December, I will ask you to enroll as a VT-Graduate where you will get more organized things for growth. Season 5 will begin from January 1 2027, for 100 days. This 5th-event begins once this message receives 50 reactions. React if you are ready to question your fears and understand yourself better. Let the journey begin. - VARIABLE TRIBE

THERE IS BOOM IN MARRIAGE BREAK-UPS. When you see how many marriages are falling apart or people aren't happy with spouses, one question naturally comes to mind: What if this happens to me after I get married? It's a frightening thought. But fear alone won't protect your relationship. Understanding, maturity, preparation, and the right mindset can make a difference. And I want you to know one thing: I won't leave your hand when it comes to helping you prepare for life. I've been working on a booklet titled MARRIAGE MATERIAL. It's not about painting marriage as a fairy tale. It's about understanding what marriage actually demands of you. Inside, you'll find realistic examples, practical ideas, common mistakes, and possible solutions to help you understand the responsibilities of marriage before you step into it. Because marriage isn't just about finding the right person. It's also about becoming the right person. πŸ“– Tomorrow, I'm sharing it with you. However this booklet will be paid, as it deserves dedicated work and thoughtful preparation. However, VT Graduates will receive a 50% discount as a token of appreciation for their journey with us. My advice? Don't wait until you're married to start learning what marriage requires. Be curious. Tomorrow might change how you look at marriage forever. YOUR MARRIAGE SHOULD NOT BREAK. Marriage Material I pity those who get married without being ready for marriage. Marriage is not just about loving someone, living together, or celebrating a wedding. It is about being ready to build a new life with another person, where your decisions, responsibilities, priorities, and even habits may have to change. You must be mature enough to compromise when necessary, not out of weakness, but for the betterment of your relationship and the peace of your family. Sometimes, you will have to sacrifice personal desires for something greater than yourself. You must understand the responsibility of raising a family. Bringing children into this world is one thing; raising them with wisdom, values, and the right education is another. You must be willing to become the kind of person you would want your children to learn from. You don't need to know everything before getting married, but you must be willing to learn, grow, and take responsibility. You must have enough understanding to educate your children, not just academically, but also about life, character, relationships, and the world around them. Why does being marriage material matter? Marriage cannot survive on love alone. Without maturity, responsibility, understanding, and the willingness to adapt, even people who love each other can grow tired of one another. Small disagreements become major conflicts, responsibilities become burdens, and eventually, people may begin to regret the very decision they once celebrated. Marriage is not something you should enter simply because you have reached a certain age or found someone you love. Before you decide to build a life with someone, become someone capable of building one. You need to understand that the person with whom you will live, is going to have some different habits where you have to adapt. Marriage is often called as the beginning of a new life. - Once a person gets married, he/she has to make mind to sacrifice a lot. VT believes in building great people. And becoming marriage material is one part of becoming a great human being in married life. - variable | #var537

TALK LESS. Not every thought needs to be spoken. The more you talk without limits, the more likely you are to say things you don't mean, waste your time, and create problems that never needed to exist. You need to learn to pause. Choose your words carefully. Know when to speak and when to remain silent. Your words have power. Don't weaken them by overusing them. Speak when you have something meaningful to add. Listen to understand. Let your actions speak when words are unnecessary. Have you ever noticed that truly wise and knowledgeable people don't talk a lot in bragging way? It doesn't mean you should remain silent all the time. It means knowing when your words are necessary and when silence is the wiser choice. The more you talk without thinking, the more likely you are to say things that add no value. Remember, the goal is not to speak less just for the sake of it, but to make every word count. - variable | #var536

Be Ready to Be Questioned. If you teach something, be ready to be questioned. It is an indispensable quality of a teacher. If you lack sufficient knowledge of a subject, stop pretending to be an authority over it. A teacher is supposed to be prepared for every question which can come about the topic. People may ask questions that sound basic, foolish, or even stupid to you. But that is exactly where your patience, knowledge, and character are tested. Never lose your temper because someone questions you. Unfortunately, many teachers, professors, and tutors fail to understand the importance of questioning. They consider lectures a one-way process, where they speak and others listen. But questioning is not a disturbance in teaching; it is an essential part of it. A true teacher welcomes questions, no matter how basic they seem. He says students to ask students. A person who cannot tolerate questions has misunderstood the purpose of teaching. A teacher is supposed to have mastery over their subject. Some pretend to possess that mastery, but when questioned, they divert the discussion, change the topic, answer inefficiently, or try to silence the person asking. Remember: Your authority as a teacher is not proved by how many people listen to you, but by how confidently you can answer their questions. And if you don't know the answer, have the courage to admit it. Saying "I don't know" is far more respectable than pretending to know. Teach with knowledge. Answer with patience. Admit with honesty. Never fear questions. - variable | #var535

Have EGO Or be Humble? Well, both are good and bad at their own places. The quality of humbleness is called humility. The one having ego is known as egoistic. Being Humble means..... Being egoistic means.... Being overly humble and overly egoistic will crush you. But ego is only good when it's backed by glory and excellence. If you have done something phenomenal and you talk about it confidently, it is good then.

Serve to Survive "You must serve to survive." This is one of the fundamental principles of existence. You cannot expect to receive everything without giving something in return. As you grow from a child into an adult, you begin to understand that even within a family, relationships require contribution. Your skills, time, responsibilities, and financial support become ways of serving the people you love. - To survive in a company, you must contribute value. If you stop fulfilling your responsibilities, you may eventually lose your position. - To sustain a marriage, you must invest time, care, understanding, and effort. Love alone is not enough if you stop nurturing the relationship. - To maintain your health, you must serve your body through proper nutrition, exercise, rest, and discipline. Neglect it, and sooner or later, you will face the consequences. - To maintain friendships, you must offer loyalty, attention, and support. You cannot expect a friendship to remain alive if only one person keeps giving. - To grow in life, you must serve your goals through consistent action. Dreams without effort remain dreams. Look around you. Almost everything you wish to preserve demands something from you. Your relationships demand care. Your body demands discipline. Your career demands competence. Your dreams demand sacrifice. The world does not run on expectations; it runs on contributions. But remember, serving does not mean becoming a slave to others. It means understanding your responsibilities and giving what is necessary to sustain what matters to you. The deeper you look into life, the more clearly you understand this principle: if you want something to stay in your life, you must continuously give it a reason to stay. Nothing meaningful sustains itself forever without effort. The more you grow, the more you understand it. Serve to survive, sustain and grow. Nothing comes free. - variable | #var534
