And if you could but see when the angels take the souls of those who disbelieved... They are striking their faces and their backs and [saying], "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire.
8:50
كُلَّمَا أَرَادُوا أَنْ يَخْرُجُوا مِنْهَا مِنْ غَمٍّ أُعِيدُوا فِيهَا وَذُوقُوا عَذَابَ الْحَرِيقِ
Every time they want to get out of Hellfire from anguish, they will be returned to it, and [it will be said], "Taste the punishment of the Burning Fire!"
22:22
Indeed, those who have tortured the believing men and believing women and then have not repented will have the punishment of Hell, and they will have the punishment of the Burning Fire.

It's not the very reason, but it sure is one reason why we shouldn't be sharing pictures of our children or any selfies to begin with. Photography showing the faces of living beings with souls is totally haraam. And black magic/sorcery/sihr can be done on people using their photos. So next time you want to upload that selfie of you or anyone else...think again!

This hadith (Tirmidhi 2061) affirms that the evil eye (al-'ayn) is a genuine spiritual reality. To protect believers from harm, envy, and negative spiritual influences,
the Prophet ﷺ strongly encouraged regular recitation of Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Naas (the Mu'awwidhatayn), which serve as spiritual shields against all forms of harm.
Lesson: The evil eye is real; protect yourself daily through the regular recitation of the protective chapters of the Quran.
🤲🏻Ya Allah, protect us from the evil eye, envy, and all forms of visible and hidden harm through Your noble words.

RUQYA WATER AND SIDR :
Al-Hafiz Ibn Hajar Al-'Asqalani (rahimuAllah) said in Al-Fath that Ibn Abtal stated in the books of Wahab bin Menabah to take seven leaves of a green Sidr, grind them with two rocks, add water to it, read the verse of Al Kursi (2:255) and Al-Qawakil (the Surah's which start with "Qul"), take three sips, then wash up with the rest. This will remove all of his afflictions, and is a cure for men who have sexual disorders.
(Fath Al-Bari -10/233)
Al-Lalkaii said that Mohammad Ibn Othman related that Said bin Mohammad Al-Hanat stated, ''Ishaq ibn Abi Israel said, "I heard Sufyan says that Sulayman ibn Omaya (Sheikhh of Thaqif) ibn Masoud heard A'ishah (radhi Allahu anha) advise a woman to use Sidr and water to wash the traces of magic.
(Sharh Usul I'tiqad Ahl As-Sunnah wal-Jamaa -7/1288).
Shaykh Abd Al Aziz bin Abdullah bin Baaz (rahimuAllah) said that the cure of magic after its affliction is beneficial, Allah Willing. A man who cannot have sexual intercourse with his wife is advised to take seven green leaves of Sidr, grind them, put them in a container of water enough for washing the body. He should read the verse of Ayah ul Kursi (2:255), Al Ikhlaas (112), Al Falaqq (113), An Naas (114). He should also read the verses of magic in Surah Al-Aaraf (7)

(E) Patients with a mixture of all the above symptoms confused.
In all the cases above the patients recognized relised that they have a serious problem some want a solution healing and cure desperately others just say they generally feel okay and are living normal busy lives. They say we experience the odd bad odour a few scratches, too much sleep or disturbed sleep with feeling of lethargy and nervousness and irrational incorrect decisions.
This type of possession is one of the worst and most difficult possessions in terms of removing the jinn and having them leave the person, since the jinn is obsessed and has generally got a hold and a overwhelming love for the person.
Possesion is of different types: - It could be full possesion, partial possesion or exterior and interior possesion or a passing, visiting jinn possesion.
The lustful jinn is very possessive. It will encourage certain emotions in the person that will encourage them to want to be alone, and make them feel happy only in their own company. The jinn can be a kaafir or a Muslim.
The jinn possesses the human being for its body. It is a vessel for them whereby they can fulfil their needs such as eating drinking, and sexual desires. They do not care about the person, who can be in a state of lunacy, however the jinn is making the most of this persons situation so long as the person is consuming food etc.
The jinn do not see us in the same manner a human may. For example, beauty for the human being is not the same as how the jinn sees it. A jinn can fall in love with an old woman. They can fall for an attribute for the human such as the voice, the hair, the eyes, character, and possession is not necessarily directed to a beautiful woman. However, a beautiful woman can be possessed, and this is not necessarily for the beauty the jinn sees, but rather what man has seen and admired without saying Masha Allah. This in turn opens a channel for the jinn to enter the human.
ALLAH (swt) has blessed banu Adam, with the best of creation, Allah has created us in the best of form. We have certainly created man in the best of stature (Surah At teen:4).This could be a reason why the jinn are so fascinated with the human being.
Not all cases of the obsessive lustful jinn are full possesion, some could be partial in the brain causing thoughts of nervousness, or over confident with sexual gratification, anger and promiscuity some could be internal possesion, external possesion or both or in a specific body part hidden elusive and difficult to find.
In all cases it is not something you should ignore or adopt or accept as a part of your lives and suffer in silence it is a must you seek Ruqya treatment, advice and healing by ALLAH'S permission In'sha'ALLAH.
It is common those possessed by the jinn "Aashiq, Fahish, Zaani" lustful lewd rebellious jinn have extreme whispers "waswasa, from the jinn/shaytan to prevent and discontinue Ruqya treatment and seeking help because of the obsessive nature of the jinn controlling and possessing causing confusion.
And all Strength Might and Power belongs to ALLAH Alone.
He alone Cures with His Wisdom and in time, we Demand and He Grants.

The Obsessive Lustful Jinn Aashiq:
Causes Symptoms and Signs which Indicate the Obsessive Jinn (Aashiq) lustful Jinn or (Zaani) the fornicating Jinn.
"Aashiq jinn" is a lustful type of jinn that's settled in the body and exploits the victim in a lewd and offensive manner. This is a form of oppression which should be eliminated by using methods of Ruqyah prescribed by the Shari'a.
Sheikh al Islam Ibn Taymiyyah (Rahimahullah) said "The possession of man by jinn can be out of sexual desire, evil notions or even love, just as it is with humans which is "fahsha, immorality, lust, passion or revenge for various reasons, purely through unjust oppressive treatment, curiosity and inquisitiveness etc.- [Majmoo‘ al-Fataawa vol: 19, p.39 (also see: Ibn Taymiyyah's Essay on the Jinn)]
Possession can be due to witchcraft (Sihr) Evil Eye (Al-ayn) Envy, Jealousy (Hasad) or both. With sihr, the magician (Sahir) entices the jinn to take the human as a spouse. With ‘ayn, a person can look at someone and give them ‘ayn or hasad, and the jinn will see this channel, and enter the human through it and will stay there for a long period of time, which can turn into love or lust for the person.
For most of those who are afflicted with Jinn Aashiq or Zaani they have much promiscuous lustful thoughts and sexual relations experiences and intercourse with jinn. The jinn forces themselves upon them either in them dreams or they see shadows/figures come upon to them and have sexual relations with them and sometimes touches them.
This type of jinn possession can cause a person to fall into committing zinnah, causing much lustful thoughts and fornication/adultery. The jinn has influence on the brain/mind of the possessed causing them to have promiscuous lustful thoughts "waswasa" and causing a type of hypnotising magic effect on the one lusting over to make them lust and commit zinnah fornication with the one possessed with the jinn/shaytan.
After performing Ruqyah upon these clients and providing them with remedies and programmes to follow and advising them and strengthening them upon Tawheed and firm Reliance and Certainty upon ALLAH and building hope and counselling them we found that some have adopted a strange behavior and understanding which causes confusion in them lives and them families.
I had the following answers after questioning clients during and after Ruqya.
Below are the types of responses from clients.
(A) Jinns comes in dreams - (Sometimes in the form of someone the person admires and builds a relationship and the person become infatuated for a short time feeling he/she has fallen in love and not wanting to return to reality) - and then has sexual relations intercourse with them and they begin too detest and hate the experience and are not able to stop it this causes them mental psychological trauma and physical torture scratches bruising bloating sleep walking, emotional disorders, nervousness and not able to make decisions. The jinn sometimes takes them away in them world in dreams or in a trance. The jinn rapes abuses them and some patients feel suicidal (May Allah Protect Us) ...Authubillah min Ash shaytaan nir Rajeem:
(B) Patients have accepted this as a part of them lives and say they enjoy the experience of sexual gratification satisfaction by Jinn and have accepted it as a test from ALLAH and cannot be bothered.
(C) Patients are forced by uncontrollable promiscuous lusful desires, thoughts whispers suggestions to commit haram, fornication and adultery or even get attracted to the same gender of sex and are suggested evil thoughts of homosexuality, sodomy even pedophilia and in some cases sex with animals.
(D) Some patients uncontrollably play with themselves and find them hands feeling around them bodies such as masturbating etc.

Shaykh Usaamah al-'Amri (may Allaah preserve him) said :
"Whoever is tested by practicing Ruqya on people, then he is tested by one of four things:
1. The fitnah of women
2. The fitnah of money
3. The fitnah of (wanting) status
4. The fitnah of seeking assistance of the Jinn
Therefore, it is not from the methodology of the Salaf to take (the practicing of) Ruqya as a job/profession."

Types of Jinn Possession and Effects Upon Humans:
1. A total possession:
A Jinn possesses the whole body of a person, such as the one who suffers from seizures.
2. A partial possession:
A Jinn possesses one particular organ of the body, such as an arm, leg or tongue.
3. Constant possession:
A Jinn possesses the body for a long period of time.
4. Temporary possession:
Which lasts no more than a few minutes, like a nightmare. [1]
The Jinn Effects:
SPIRITUAL - The Jinn effect a person spiritually. Their ultimate goal is to take a person away from Allah and outside of Islam. They achieve this through making a person lazy to perform salah, until they leave it. Difficult to recite Qur'an, until they stop it. Unmotivated to study Islam, until they abandon it. Slowly taking a toll on the person's eeman (faith), until they destroy it.
PSYCHOLOGICAL - The Jinn effect a person psychologically. Whether it is for revenge, sent through Magic or out of love, their objective is to fulfill their task and desires. They achieve this through getting to the person's heart and into their minds. Through waswaas they can cause severe mood swings leading to depression, anxiety, anger as well as extreme lust and lewd behavior. This taking a toll on the person's life until it is destroyed.
PHYSICAL - The Jinn effect a person physically just as they effect psychologically. Being afflicted in the heart and mind has a direct effect on the physical state and health of a person. Jinn can cause medical illnesses, unexplained pains and bruises as well as sexual abuse by possessing and living inside of a person. This taking a toll on the person's overall well being and health until it is destroyed.

told him to pour the water over him (Sahl). Sufyan (one of the narrators) said: Ma’mar narrated from Zuhri: ‘And he commanded him to pour water over him from behind.’
(Hadith No. 3509, Chapters on Medicine, Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 4).
Based on the above mentioned hadith, some scholars infer that one of the ways to treat the afflicted form evil eye is that the person who is said to be the cause of evil eye should perform ablution and pour water on the afflicted one from behind. Some others hold the view that the water used by the person (who is said to be the cause of evil eye) for ablution should be collected in a container after being used and the same water should be poured over the afflicted person. And Allah knows best.
4. ‘Al-Mu’awwidhatan’
Abu Sated narrated: Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) would seek refuge from the jinn and (evil) eye of the humans, until ‘Al-Mu’awwidhatan’ were revealed. So when they were revealed, he used them and left other than them.
(Hadith No. 2058, Chapters on Medicine, Jami’ At-Tirmidhi, Vol. 4).
Some scholars categorize this narration as weak (i.e. Daeef). But according to Abu Eisa (i.e. Imam Tirmidhi), the hadith is ‘Hassan Gharib’ (i.e. fair & strange); thus it may be relied upon. And Allah knows best.
‘Al-Mu’awwidhatan’ are the last two Surahs (Surah Al-Falaq and Surah An-Nas, Chapter No’s 113 & 114) of Holy Qur’an. These Surahs contain petitions to Allah for protection from the effect of all kinds of evil. Therefore, we should recite these Surahs regularly.
For diagnosis of evil eye and for people who cannot do the bathing or other instructions then it's best to see an experienced raqi to perform Ruqya on you for the curing of evil eye, by the will of Allah swt

ABOUT EVIL EYE, PREVENTION AND TREATMENT.
*What Islam says about ‘The Evil Eye’?
Refer to following verse of Holy Qur’an:
وَإِنْ يَكَادُ الَّذِينَ كَفَرُوا لَيُزْلِقُونَكَ بِأَبْصَارِهِمْ
“And verily, those who disbelieve would almost make you slip with their eyes…”
(Aayah No. 51, Surah Al-Qalam, Chapter No. 68, Holy Qur’an).
Let us understand the verse quoted above a bit more. Ibn Abbas (RA) and others have said: ‘would make you slip….‘ in order to have some (bad) effect on you; ‘with eyes’ means ‘they will affect you by looking at you with their eyes’. This is what is meant by ‘the evil eye’. This verse is a proof that the effect of evil eye and its affliction by the command of Allah is real.
Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) further confirmed the evil eye as narrate din following hadith:
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) said, “The evil eye is real.”
(Hadith No. 3879, Book of Medicines, Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol. 4).
Therefore, the phenomenon of evil eye is real and as a Muslim we believe in it.
*How severe is the affliction from ‘The Evil Eye’?
It was narrated that Ubaid bin Rifa’ah Az-Zuraqi said: Asma (bint Umaish) said, “O Allah’s Messenger (PBUH)! The children of Ja’far have been afflicted by the evil eye, shall I recite ‘Ruqyah’ for them?” He said, “Yes, for if anything were to overtake the Divine Decree, it would be the evil eye.”
(Hadith No. 3510, Chapters on Medicine, Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 4; Hadith No. 2059, Chapters on medicine, Jami’ At-Tirmidhi, Vol. 4).
The statement that ‘if anything were to overtake the Divine Decree, it would be the evil eye’ tells us how severe the affliction from the evil eye is.
*Prevention from (and/or Treatment for) the affliction from ‘The Evil Eye’ – The ways which are accepted in Islam
People follow many ways in order to prevent affliction (or treat the afflicted ones) from the evil eye. Some of these prevalent ways are authenticated by Sunnah, while others are not. The Islamic ways of prevention from (and treatment for) the affliction from ‘The Evil Eye’ are as follows:
1. ‘Ruqyah’
‘Ruqyah’ refers to divine verses which are recited as a means of curing disease. It is an accepted way of treatment affliction from the evil eye. Refer to following hadith:
It was narrated from Aishah (RA) that the Prophet (PBUH) commanded her to recite ‘Ruqyah’ to treat the evil eye.
(Hadith No. 3512, Chapters on Medicine, Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 4).
The same is also narrated in the hadith mentioned in previous section. However, in order to do this, one should have a sound knowledge of the supplications to be used as per authentic Sunnah.
2. Supplication of Ibrahim (AS)
Ibn Abbas (RA) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) used to seek refuge for Al-Hasan & Al-Hussain, saying: ‘Uidhukuma bikalimatillahit-tammati, min kulli shaitanin wa hammatin, wa-min kulli ainin tammah (I seek refuge for the two of you in the Perfect Words of Allah, from every devil and every poisonous pest, and from every evil harmful eye)‘. And he would say, “It is with this that Ibrahim (AS) would seek refuge for Ishaq (AS) and Ismaeel (AS).”
(Hadith No. 2060, Chapters on Medicine, Jami’ At-Tirmidhi, Vol. 4; Hadith No. 3525, Chapters on Medicine, Sunan Ibn Majah, Vol. 4).
This is one of the supplications that we may (should) recite for prevention of affliction from evil eye for ourselves as well as our children.
3. Pouring water over the afflicted
It was narrated that Abu Umamah bin Sahl bin Hunaif said: Amir bin Rabi’ah passed by Sahl bin Hunaif when he was having a bath, and said, “I have never seen such a beautiful skin.” Straight away he (Sahl) fell to the ground. He was brought to the Prophet (PBUH) and it was said, “Sahl has had a fit.” He said, “Whom do you accuse with regard to him?” They said, “Amir bin Rabi’ah.” He said, “Why would anyone of you kill his brother? If he sees something that he likes, then let him pray for blessing for him.” Then he called for water and told Amir to perform ablution, then he washed his face and his arms up to the elbows, his knees and inside his lower garment, then he
