People always ask me, "Who is this guy? why do you love him so much?" I never know how to answer, because some things can't be put into words. How do you explain that someone you've never met became your safe place? That there were days when everything felt too heavy and somhow hearing his voice, watching him smile, or even seeing him be himself brought me a sense of peace?
He never solved my problems, but he made them feel a little lighter. Sometimes that was exactly what I needed to keep going.
I've learned so much just from watching him. He taught me to be kinder, to work harder, to stay humble, and to keep movingy forward even when things get difficult. Watching how quietly and consistently he works for the life he wants has inspired me to fight for my own life too.
So I'm grateful that he exists. Grateful that he continues to chase his dreams with so much sincerity and dedication, because without even realizing it, he's given people like me the strength to keep going. He'll probably never know the impact he's had on my life, but I'll always be thankful for it.
Happy 27th birthday, Mark. Thank you for being someone who has changed my life in ways you'll probably never know. I hope life gives you even a fraction of the happiness you've given me ♡
