Well I feel emotional right now
because I know you were the happiest when I was born,
And I remember you didn't say a word to me
when because of me, your assignment was torn,
You know,
I love you too,
But I can never love you,
as much as you do,
These birds are witnesses,
that how you made me learn to speak,
My soul knows the truth,
that you are the one I always seek,
Some bonds are hard to explain,
yours and mine are no different,
Different lives, different parents,
but nothing between us feels distant,
All this while, that I have understood you,
makes me feel great as well as afraid,
That I could even tell the number of
pats you'll keep on my head,
From the stings of your slaps
that falls on my cheeks,
To your loudest screams
on my tiniest of shrieks,
I have know you
as a mother,
As a teacher,
scolding through her bother,
As a brother,
forever ready to play,
And as a father
upon whom I can lay,
But now I know why we met,
so that I realise that true love does survive,
In the form of a person,
who can make you feel alive.
I know,
you are no one to me,
But somehow, you are everything
one can possibly be...

Wrap the sick threads of your
heart around yourself,
let them not splice with mine,
if they came forward and found my string,
they'd open up everything I hold within,

Look at my scars, look at these disastrous hues
and be cautious when you look in my eyes,
once you fall, you'll fall from the sky,
let me remind you that it will hurt more,
to stand near my heart, to look at a locked door,
Do one thing, will you?
Keep your hands to yourself,
I don't like the spark
when they collide with mine
and help yourself when you need to stand,
don't lean on me, don't try to be my friend,
Do one thing, will you?
Don't smile in front of me,
please don't make me weak
and for your sake, let your guards down,
don't fly your horses too high,
you'll be broken to know everything was a lie,
Do one thing, will you?
Be egoistic when you talk to me,
show arrogance, not sympathy,
care less about what you can do for me,
don't wish too much from a heart which is empty
and please love yourself, don't fall for me.

Someday, somewhere, while you are busy spreading love, in the form of scents, rain and warmth, your love will find a home,
The scents of your love will blend in the air,
Caress the wounds beyond repair,
The drops of your love will stick to their skin,
Cold like dew drops, lingering though thin,
The warmth of your love will seep into their bone,
Fix what's broken, in it's beautiful home.

| 9 | I am tired of doing things that I so much wanted to do but then crumble inside as I regret over them later,
Maybe if I could give myself more time to ponder over the thoughts that I couldn't seem to control, I would have made better decisions and right now I might have been in a better place.
But then I think how would you know if the decision that you made was right or wrong till you have taken it and are dealing with the consequences.
For sure, you can't know if the outcomes will be better or not.
But you can take a leap in it and find out yourself. Risk it, to increase the chances of success!

Keep standing straight,
Even if it's bad,
They love your fears,
shivers of your hand,
and slipping confidence
like quick sand,
Just a miracle is
what we await
That helps us from
being their bait,
Enough of torture
crumbling us inside,
Enough of regrets
on why we lied,
But it's okay, we'll find our path,
Coz it's okay
and we do believe,
Gods acumen,
we will receive.
