We moved AI Anti-Spam to a new verification model after the previous Llama model became unavailable.
The new model is stable and keeps message checks working reliably. Its provider cost though is much much higher, so AI Anti-Spam pricing is now:

We recently changed how rating from reactions is calculated and recalculated ratings for the last 30 days in active chats.
The system now better accounts for both the level of the user giving a reaction and the level of the user receiving it.
The 30-day rating is meant to reward consistent activity in the chat and better highlight members who regularly take part in the community.

• Access levels — restrict certain message types, such as GIFs, until a required level is reached.
