今天投行分析师纷纷给出乐观预期，四家投行的目标价皆在 RM 0.20 以上，然而股价目前却仅为 RM 0.145 🙈
Fair value given：
1. Mercury：RM 0.20
2. RHB ：RM 0.23
3. Mplus ：RM0.22
4. Public Invest ：RM 0.22

今日新上市的一家公司，在 IPO 前仅持有约 570 万令吉现金，却在上市前通过派息方式让大股东套现 500 万令吉，同时将约 1800 万令吉的债务留在公司账上。
此外，大股东还通过 offer for sale 再次套现约 1240 万令吉。
综合来看，老板在此次 IPO 中共计套现 约 1740 万令吉 ▶️
