Dear Comrades, Red Salutations. The atrocities against the Gramin Dak Sevaks (GDS) have intensified. By arbitrarily, unjustly, and illegally dismissing Com. S. S. Mahadevaiah, General Secretary of AIGDSU, the administration has once again unmasked its anti-worker attitude. The Senior Superintendent of Post Offices, Bengaluru East Division, has imposed punishment in utter disregard of justice, violating established rules and constitutional rights, merely to suppress the legitimate trade union activities of the General Secretary. This action represents the height of injustice. This step is a deliberate attempt to weaken the organized labour movement, silence the voice of GDS employees, and intimidate all who stand for justice. We strongly condemn this inhuman, unconstitutional, and unlawful act. We firmly oppose all anti-labour and anti-GDS actions taking place within the Postal Department and across the nation. As a mark of protest, All Gramin Dak Sevaks and Postal employees shall wear black badges and hold demonstrations in front of all offices every day. Our struggle will continue until Com. S. S. Mahadevaiah is reinstated in service. We call upon all Postal employees, COC units, and fraternal organisations to extend their solidarity and strengthen our hands in this fight. A crucial virtual meeting of GDS leaders, activists, and supporters will be held tomorrow, 09.10.2025 at 7:00 PM. All are requested to participate. Following the collective decision of leaders and workers, we shall carry forward this struggle with unity and determination. This struggle is for the protection of all fighters who have faced punishment for standing up for our just rights— For pension, 8-hour duty, gratuity, HRA, medical benefits, and all facilities on a pro-rata basis equal to departmental employees. As per available information Mahadevaiah was charge sheeted for strike and he was awarded punishment of reduction of six stages . But after direction from Directorate his case was reviewed and removed from service.

Department removed ss mahadevayya but not released rule3 schedule or not updated GDS rule 3 employee transfer in DOP it 2.0. it shows department showing their powers on GDS staff intentionally. By removing ss md , they are proving again GDS staffs are slaves and GDS posts are only for slavery as like as how British people treated as Indian at their ruling period. It is very difficult to give justice for GDS people.

So this was the reason that he seems to be frustrated on calls when gds was asking fot rule 3
