The Branch Offices where IMA was installed yesterday or today are asked to wait for further instructions from your Division Office. Do not do Day Begin or any transaction in app, if no instruction is received from your Division. the IMA server is very slow now. So, we have to act accordingly. No Hurry....

📌 *APT 2.0 – Branch Post Office Work Flow (Quick Guide)*
🟢 *Day Begin*
Go to “Cash & Stamps” → Select Line Limit → Select Employee ID → Submit
💰 *Cash Request from BO to SO*
Enter Amount & Remarks → Submit
For Special Request: Select option → Enter Details → Submit
💵 *Cash Remittance to SO*
Enter Amount, To Office, Cash Denomination, Bag Weight → Submit
✉️ *Stamp Indent*
Select Stamp Category & Type → Enter Count → Add & Submit
🏦 *CBS (Deposit/Withdrawal)*
Main Menu → CBS → Enter Account Number → Deposit/Withdraw → Submit
📦 *PLI*
Main Menu → PLI → Enter Policy/Proposal No.
- For New Policy: Enter Initial Premium → Submit
- For Renewal: Enter Installments & Amount → Submit
📮 *Counter Operations*
Book RL/SP/IPP: Enter Barcode, Weight, Address → Payment → Print Receipt
EMO/E-biller: Enter Amount/Details → Address → Payment → Receipt
Misc Entry: Select Type → Enter Amount → Submit
📬 *Bagging Process*
Bag Received: Scan Label → Open Bag → Confirm
Bag Dispatch: Select Schedule → Scan Label → Enter Weight → Submit
Bag Close: Fetch Articles → Close Bag → Dispatch
📤 *Delivery Process*
Select Articles/EMO → Delivery/Non-delivery
Get Receiver Name → Digital Sign/Photo → Submit
Returns: Modify, Confirm & Submit
📝 *Day End*
Acknowledge Articles/EMO
ECB/Liability → Enter Details → Submit
