OnlyMonster's position on the updated OnlyFans Terms of Service As promised, here is our position on the OnlyFans Terms of Service that take effect on 1 November 2026. OnlyMonster is built to help creator businesses, both creators and their teams, run and grow their operations. We work in line with international best practices in data protection and security. OnlyFans has updated its Terms several times over the years, as any large platform does. Each version has introduced new restrictions designed to protect the platform and given OnlyFans broad discretion to act on the most cautious reading of a situation. The November update follows the same pattern. Platform terms apply directly to the creators and teams who use the platform. Decisions on account restrictions, suspensions and payouts are made by the platform alone, so no third party, including OnlyMonster, can guarantee that an account will not be restricted. OnlyMonster provides software for creator businesses. Each creator and team decides how to use it, in line with the terms of the platforms they work on, and is responsible for that use. We recommend reading the updated OnlyFans Terms directly and seeking independent advice where needed. We are adapting our products, and the way we work with creators and teams, to the new requirements. New features are already being designed with them in mind. Existing features will be updated step by step, and until that work is complete, each team remains responsible for how it uses them. We will keep you informed as this progresses. What's new in the OnlyMonster API 😏

▪️API key permissions Give each API key only the access it needs. Existing keys keep full permissions. ▪️Auto Messages Create campaigns, start, pause or archive them, and unsend messages already sent. ▪️Priority Mass Messages Launch campaigns, pause or resume them on the fly, and unsend in a single call. ▪️Mass Messages Create and send campaigns, pull their full history, and unsend when needed. ▪️Sender on every message Chat messages now show who sent them: a chatter, Auto Messages, Priority Mass Messages and more, plus the OnlyMonster user behind each one. Separate team results from automation results in one request. ▪️Custom labels Accounts now come with the same custom label you set in the chat. No more matching accounts by platform usernames: rename an account in the chat, and the API picks it up automatically.

Review your API keys and set permissions for each one. API docs → СLICK HERE Missing an endpoint? Tell us what you need next. 😶 Explore the full platform → onlymonster.ai

OnlyMonster statement on the updated OnlyFans Terms of Service We are aware that OnlyFans has published updated Terms of Service, which are due to take effect on 1 November 2026. We understand that many creators and agencies have questions about what the changes mean for their accounts and for the software they use. Our legal, data protection and product teams are reviewing the updated Terms in detail. Until that review is complete, we will not comment on specific provisions or on how they may apply to individual accounts. We want our position to be accurate rather than fast. We aim to share our position with customers before the updated Terms take effect. We will publish it on our website and in our official Telegram channel, and send it to account owners by email. In the meantime: - Each platform's terms apply directly to the creators and agencies who use it. We recommend that you read the updated OnlyFans Terms yourself and, if needed, seek independent advice. - The Service continues to operate as usual. We will communicate any change as early as possible - If you have questions about your personal data or your creators' data, please contact our Data Protection Officer at dpo@onlymonster.ai. For product questions, please contact our support team. OnlyMonster is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by OnlyFans. This statement is not legal advice. OMLAB DIGITAL LTD (OnlyMonster)
