Ulnar nerve injury according to degree of injury Conservative management in Nerve concussion or Axonotemesis 1- Arm splintage 2- physiotherapy: active and passive exercise,and massage 3- electrotherapy 4- Protection of the skin Surgical management in Neurotemesis failure of recovery after conservative palpable neuroma By primary suture or 2ry suture Stay suture with black silk then after 3-4 weeks Interfasicular repair if there's a gap Neurolysis,or nerve grafting 3- Orthopedic measures eg arthrodesis
