Have you heard of seed cycling? My naturopath suggested it for me, and this is my second month of trying it. I think I can definitely feel a difference! So, on the first day of your cycle to the first half of it, you take 1 tbsp each, of ground flax and sunflower seeds each day. Then, for the second half of your cycle, take 1 tbsp each of pumpkin seeds and sesame seeds each day. Also, take 1 capsule of chastetree each day. (It is from the chasteberry). Make sure that the seeds you take are raw, unsalted and not oiled, as they often use canola oil for that. Also, the oils from ground flax seeds don’t last that long, so grind them as you need them. One more thing: read your labels! Stay away from soy (soy lecithin is in almost everything), and hydrogenated foods. Finally, take a closer look at your toilet paper. BPA is present in recycled fibres used for toilet paper. It is also on the receipt paper. They have other options for toilet paper, so do some research. I hope this helps. It is working for me!
