Extra kit, and why you should have them:
I believe that if you have one rifle, kit, and set of supplies, you are failing yourself and those around you. You should be able to shift for different situations, outfit friends, and have contingent supplies.
Having a dedicated rig for what you plan on doing is all good, just remember, more than likely things are not going as you planned. Not owning armor and only running a 24” AR10 because you think you’re gonna be recce man in the woods the whole collapse is a fundamental failure of planning, for example.
Having spare kit and rifles may also help you out if you come upon a likeminded individual. If you meet a guy who doesn’t yet own the things he should, you can equip him for training (or the big show) in the meantime as he gets what he needs for himself. I have had to lend out rifles and kits in the past.
Lastly, if you suffer from a catastrophic failure you may need to swap gear. Don’t handicap yourself. Multiple rifles and extra parts is never a bad idea.

Danger often comes from feeling sympathy for stupids.
Sympathy is a trust-trap. Be cautious when you feel sympathetic to someone, they often try using the sympathy you feel for them to bypass your normal bullshit filter.

"Stupid" is unrelated to IQ, stupid people are usually moderately intelligent. The dangerously stupid people are even able to string a sentence together without too much effort. Stupidity is a pattern of acting out self destructive and self sabotage behaviors. Stupidity is the arrogance of not accounting for variability of outcome. Stupidity is sharing critical information with unknown actors or barely known actors and much more.
Everyone knows the score, keep your head down, shut the fuck up, and stay away from stupids.

Regardless whether they are with you or against you, stupid people are more directly harmful to you and your well being than uniformed system-enforcers.
Your freedom and future accomplishments depend on being able to accurately identify and safely remove stupid people from your life before their able to work their stupid-magic and get you caught up in their stupid problems.

We don't need another 'flock' or anymore 'sheep'. We need wolves that dismantle the system where it really hurts and have many descendants that uphold their tradition in a tribal mentality. Completely separate from the masses of limp wristed christians that have fractured families, few descendants with almost no unity of thought.
Wolves don’t run alone, they don't get too large, they build new packs and dominate other territory. Their prey has numbers.
