The International Vienna Energy and Climate Forum takes place on the 2nd and 3rd November 2023 in Vienna, Austria. It is organized by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization, the International Institute for Applied System Analysis and the Government of Austria. The Youth Solutions Days take place between October 30th and November 1st, and are hosted by the International Vienna Energy and Climate Forum in partnership with Sustainable Energy for All and Vienna University of Economics and Business. The event aims to mobilize the unprecedented power of young people to use innovative technologies and drive the energy transition forward by building their skills and competences. Throughout the forum, the participants will be able to attend and contribute to the lectures, workshops, panel discussions and site visits relevant to energy and climate action. Cameras are everywhere around us; taking data and storing it in costly and environmentally expensive servers. Scientists at RMIT University are looking at solving this issue by inventing cameras that work similarly to our eyes. These cameras work by constructing artificial neurons that can both take images and store them in memory. While still in development, these cameras hold a lot of promise in the construction of the next generation of cameras.
