I’m going to say this bluntly as a father: when I see high-school girls wearing ridiculously short skirts with their school uniforms, I genuinely wonder where the parents and schools have drawn the line. I’m not blaming the girls. They’re teenagers. But parents and schools need to set boundaries. A school uniform should be appropriate for school simple as that.
