Good morning everyone Prelims results are out, and I didn’t make it this time. My scores were 96 in GS and 65 in CSAT as per provisionalkey. I want to be completely transparent with you all, and more importantly, share a few brutal realities we need to accept moving forward. GS is NOT Random No matter what the coaching industry tells you to sell their new courses, the GS paper wasn't "tough and completely random." If you actually sit down and analyze it calmly, you’ll see it’s a mix of core themes and PYQs from across UPSC exams—not just CSE, but NDA, CAPF, Geoscientist, and CDS. The source material is there. What we truly need to develop isn't more content, but *solid logic and a bulletproof exam-hall strategy* to navigate these papers. CSAT and the Reality of Final Keys I got a 65 on the provisional key. I was hopeful that 1–2 questions might change in the official key, but deep down, we all know the reality: UPSC doesn't care about our outside explanations or representations. Their interpretation is final, period. Like many of you, I challenged questions like the ones on *resort*, *interpersonal conflict*, and *deflation*, hoping for a swing. Looking at the results, it’s clear none of those interpretations changed. We cannot rely on a borderline margin or expect the final key to bend toward standard reasoning. We have to clear the buffer decisively. What’s Next? I am not sitting back, and I don't want you to either. I am currently working on a detailed video breaking down exactly how we can sail through a paper like this—analyzing the cross-exam PYQ links, building the necessary logic, and tackling the exam-hall mindset. Let me know in the comments if there is anything specific you want me to cover or address in that video. We dust ourselves off, learn the right lessons, and we move. Stay strong. 🙏
